| So, we all know there are good games and bad games. We mainly focus on good games, and we all have -almost- the same taste.... I made this thread to discuss games you guys can't wait to play, which saves numerous separate threads from being made. I set up a list of my own which is a mix of console and PC games... too long. So I'll bring up a few names. -Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City -Diablo III -GunZ 2: The Second Duel -Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Got another game in mind? Bring it up!!! Discuss!!!! | L.A. Noire (preordered, fo' sho') The Secret World (MMOG that looks pretty unique and promising) Dungeon Siege 3 Diablo 3 (been watching this for AAAAGES) The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Rage: Dead City (not watching so closely, looks like a cross between Fallout 3/New Vegas and Borderlands, but I'm sceptical as to whether or not it'll bring anything new to the genre) Max Payne 3 (they've been quiet for a while...) Brink (VERY excited for this, looking forward to it a lot) The list goes on. But L.A. Noire...VERY excited about that. Pity it's coming out during exam season... |

| Secret World looks SEXY.... damn. I'd like a piece of that action. But unfortunately, I'm too cheap to afford P2P MMOs. And this one looks like it. Ah well, when I get a job or something, I'll get on with this game.... Or maybe WoW. Hahaha. Nonetheless, Diablo 3 looks promising. Yes it looks cartoon-y compared to the early games, but shit.... I don't give a crap. The gameplay looks sexy, and the graphics are fresh and new. As you can see, I'm in the spirit of it. Not entirely sure about Warcraft 4..... now that WoW is in people's minds. It also just released a giant expansion so I bet it's got multiple people captivated by the game still. I'm also looking forward to Max Payne 3..... I bought the Max Payne bundle on steam a while ago and enjoyed it.... what a bad-ass game. It's not made by Sam Lake anymore, so the spirit might vanish. We dunno. |

Fear 2 was mostly disappointing for me, too much shooty, especially on other people with guns. Not enough scary. |

| Saw a few pictures.... looks like it's going to be another Dead Rising-like flick.... only done right. Oh, and I just saw a trailer of it. Nice. Anybody saw Dead Rising 2: Off the Record yet??? It's going to be a treat for Frank West fans definitely. |

| Yeah.... but they shall take their time. So.... E3 just passed. I'm sure there are multiple new games announced. Anybody got news from there? Am also anticipating Bioshock Infinite, but not as much as before..... |

| Still looking forward to ME3. I had some other stuff on my mind. Like torchlight 2, skyrim. Not sure about much else. Can't remember what happened at e3. I've got this month's gameinformer though. Oh, a new aliens game is coming out, but only for consoles. idk if I'm gonna get it. |

| This thread reminded me of Diablo 3...... and what the hell, there's a beta out there already! Except it's not for the public yet. edit: Changed my mind about signing up..... I can wait for the actual game. Gonna be a much sweeter experience  |

I think, if I actually get into the beta... I'll play it once, on a class I won't play first at launch. Then I'll put it aside and wait for the real game. |

Yeah... I saw those D3 beta-dedicated websites.... they're NOT by Blizzard. :/ Better to not anticipate the game until you can actually play it.... and nowadays it's hard to just wait for a game due to how much news is leaked out of it. edit: So I couldn't think of another game to look forward to, other than Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. It looks like a decent game, and it's going to bring back the feeling of Raccoon City and zombies aaaaaall over again.... can't wait! |
