I hope you wont mind me using the Brain Bread characters names.
I don't recall reading that you have to use your own madeup ones.
Prelude
My name is George Wayne, I was a former security guard at the Heaven's Gate mall. No one knows exactly how it happed, but most think that it was a failure at the downtown nuclear power plant. All I remember was stepping out of my house that morning and seeing the sky, it was an odd shade of orange, which is uncommon for Nine A.M. in the morning. But that was not all, Their was purple lots of purple, like a low laying cloud, only it was thin, like smoke.
I also remember it was silent, deadly silent, and if you have ever been to the city of Heaven's Gate you know even on the outskirts near Farmer Fred's, it's never silent. I walked down into the town to see where everyone was, the haze grew thicker, the further I went, but I could still see. Cars lined the empty streets, all with smashed in windows, windows that matched the stores, smashed in and silent. Thats when I heard it, faint and far away, someone was playing the piano, playing a haunting melody, but I could not remember it. Was it Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, then it came to me, it was a song that from that moment on would never forget.
Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata.

So what do you think so far.
No Zombies yet but their coming.

CHAPTER 1

I don't remember why, but I recall heading towards the center of town.
Maybe I was lured by the music, after all the more I walked, the louder it seemed to get. Then as I entered the center of town, close to the power plant, I seen a horrible sight, the streets were lined with dead bodies. Mostly people I knew.

I remember looking up towards the edge of the city and seeing what I thought the be people, about then at the time. My first instinct told me that I should meet up with them, to find out what had happened. But their was something greater, a deeper force, telling me to avoid them at all costs. A survival instinct.

I finally gave in and fled to the eastern part of town. I recall going to my old friend, Matt Winston's house, and how I was relived to find him alive, in his backyard, and staring at the power plant.

Sorry their was such a gap between these two I got busy some how laugh.gif
