Well, you can't even open the file it takes to run Brainbread.
I'm thinking invalid file corruption if anything.

Try uninstalling, and installing it again, because it seems like there is something wrong with your .dll

this happened to me when i installed public enemy and unistalled it when i was checking it out. I think it takes out the dll file from both mods. just reinstall it and it works fine.
