I Have Lastest Patch, but brainbread wants update?

Rotten Meat Group: Members Posts: 5 Joined: February 28, 2005	EDIT: nvm, for some reason its says my CD key is incorrect and that IS the CD key on the back of the case, and i know it wasnt stolen because i never used this copy of HL on the internet, then there is the patch problem, it says i need to update, sends me to the updater, then says that v1.1.1.0 is out of date and there is no updates available fucking damnit whatever, i guess ill just have to wait for the HL2 mods wont be posting here again later -delta This post has been edited by delta33 on February 28, 2005 03:41 am

In that instance, someone may have keygen'ed your cd-key and is using it to play online.

Also, please tell me that you are indeed using STEAM for HL1, because if you are not, then that just might be your problem...

1. as easy as double-clicking

2. steam auto-downloads all patches/updates

3. if it works in steam, then there isn't a problem.

because your trying to use the old version of half-life, there are no servers that you can connect to, plus brainbread was designed with steam in mind.
