Umm... Once, i was playing BrainBread, when once, i was in a vent, crouching, and when my infection meter was halfway full, i got stuck.

sounds like a problem with the map. which one was it? I'll see if I can duplicate it.

Zombies can't crouch, I guess that was the problem. You get affected by this when the infection meter is about halfway full, you also can't climb ladders anymore.
