We want a good atmosphere here in this forums and it's a pain to see how some people deal with each other. Let's behave like grown ups and be nice to each other.
People posting the following content risk to be banned:

-Community flames without any reasonable criticism. We all have one thing in common: We like to play free hl mods on the internet. I don't understand why one community should flame another one's mod

-Flames of any kind against certain persons. A obviously stupid and unfair argument can be aswell flaming as a "pwned" in the wrong place. Use your common sense and you'll know what flaming is.

-Any links to illegal content

- Don't post threads such as "BB is dead/sucks/spam/blablabla; i leave the forums forever etc." Those threads suck and they're senseless. wink.gif What do you expect from those threads? Just leave the forums if you don't like them...

Thanks for looking by at the BB forums!

I'm suprised nobody has replied to this thread yet. blink.gif

The act of respect can not be stressed enough when it comes to community, be it online or outside in the world. Without it, a community can not function, and all sense of moral order is lost. I've seen many a forum lost to flamers, trolls, and people who hide behind thier protective Screennames. One must realise that the internet, while a somewhat imaginary place, is inhabited by real minds with the same needs and emotions as we ourselves are blessed with.

The old saying comes up, "Treat others as you would like to be treated". This idea, if used and accepted by everyone, could end all world conflicts. Clearly, it is not happening worldwide. But who says it can't be done in a forum, a meager crumb of what this vast internet is made up of? I think this community can join it's fellows in taking up the idea of respect for others and turn itself into a productive pool of ideas, thoughts, and concepts for the makers of BrainBread to work off of.

That's all folks! laugh.gif

lord scottish i got a few questions below could you answer them?

1. I am wondering since im a new moderator and all if like if a flamer says something like this "I HATE BB IT SUCKS **** THE MODERATORS AND DEVS!" Could i like edit his post and make it where it says some thing like this "I Love BB and it does not suck and i forgive me for saying the moderators suck and the devs as well" could i edit his thread like that and then lock the thread? Or could i just say something like "whoa! calm down buddy." then lock the thread?

2.how do i ban people for a day? or like weeks, and monthes and maybe forever. If i learn to ban people i'm not going to start banning everyone i promise! You can trust me! I'm just saying if a flamer gets out of control.

thanks, I will try my best to enforce the fourms

I suggest to edit very rude posts and replace the original post with something like
"Grey Snake:
This was rude language, check the rules"

I actually don't know how to ban people happy.gif

ok i will edit their post like that but it would be funny if i edited their post and made it were they said "I LOVE BB LOVE IT!" Oh and maybe devs can only ban people?
