Wow.... you're really taking responsibility for this!? Great to know! But don't advertise in this forum... there aren't a lot of folks out here. Just stick around here to get the original files... I still see Luciel, Bacon333, and a few others still active around here... and also, if you ever get a hold of Lundquist, good for you.
But really, you should advertise in other forums (mod forums maybe) and in the Brainbread group for Steam. That group is huge, so you MIGHT be able to get some folks who are willing to work on this mod.
