First off, this is the first post in my incomprehensible presence in t3h 8r4!n 8r34d forums, omfgkthxplz!111!1one

Second, here is a list of suggestions I have, each one gives me a hard on and an even smugger sense of self satisfaction. By the way even though I might suggest some things that are totally contrary to the game itself, I know my place is playing the game with my hand in my pants, and not on the dev team, I just like to bitch about things I like/don't like, to annoy everyone/thing within my general literary vicinity. Biotch!

1. I hate the name, ok, a stupid complaint/suggestion, I just think it's kind of odd.

2. a "dash" button, this may have been suggested before, but hell, I think a dash button would be cool. I would like the speed skill to come into effect when you hold the dash button down, and only last for a certain period of time which is also relevant to your speed skill (i.e. endurance, blegh), so instead of your just running 100 mph everywhere (especially as a zombie, bwargh) you can hold down the middle mouse button for like 5 seconds and run like a bat out of hell. (I'd say make weapons inactive during your dash, but that's just me. seems a bit too dod-like anyway)

3. Character classes (w00t), I think, therefore I am, I also think that it would be badass to have characters that have specific attributes or weapon sets (rather than leveling up =| ) such as implementing characters that can open up certain types of doors and dash faster but have a limited range as to the weapons they can use. Another pipe dream I deserve to be flamed up the ass for.

4. you have made the winchester the most badass weapon in any hl mod, ever, no comment.

5. Deadlier zombies! Another stupid one, but I think zombies should be able to attack slightly higher than they are able to now, giving the player barely any breathing room (this is mostly a map issue and I know you guys aren't huuugely invovled, but whatever), also, the zombie a.i. could be improved just a bit, perhaps it's possible to implement a script that eases zombies into doorways when they are face-planting themselves into building walls over a certain period of time?

6. More melee weapons (sort of), again, just a pipe dream, I'd just like to see variations on the models of the axe for certain characters, such as a security guards "axe" has a billy club model.

7. More animations, I like to dream, dammit! When a players life gets to one (at which point I believe they should also be incapacitated), it would be so terribly badass if the zombies dog piled on him for like 20 seconds and blood just flied out (this animation could even be made with the reverse of their "rising" animation).

6. Few more gameplay suggestions (because I'm a dick), as usual, I'm just saying what I'd specifically like, and they're usually much different than the game currently is, and mean no offense by it as brain bread as it stands is awesome in my opinion contrary to this other shit I babble about, but I digress. Instead of turning into a zombie their life is at one, I think players should start turning as soon as they're successfully attacked once, but over a time that is in proportion to their current hp, i.e. the higher their hp, the less likely they'd turn before the map is successfully conquered. I also think as I've stated above that players should be incapacited and feasted on when their life is one, and after the blood ritual is complete, voila, zombie!

7. Steal the recoil code from the cs mod, I just think that scientific facts have shown that cs is the greatest game of all time, and the more you bum from it, the better.

and again, these are assuming you'd all have the time/energy/will to implement changes to a game you threw many many hours of your lives into based on one haughty, self-righteous assholes inane and almost overly apologetic opinions.

First, to get things all straight,
7) no. Cs is not t3h über r3alist1c 1337 game. It has some realism but for an example firearms has way more. I mean, when you crawl down stairs with tiny gaps your aim goes boom!

On to the point...
1 They were trying to get the name BrainDead, but copyright was showing its bad side.
2 Kinda cool, but wouldn't do much.
3 Fresh idea, like it =) If made so, it would actually matter which you chose. In the small descripiton some of them has lines like "goes to the gym" or "security guard". Those could be "hinting lines" on what the character excelled in, say you have some points spread out in the beginning.
4 Agree... The swinging move? guurgle
5 Couldn't agree more. When you step onto a box, suddenly you are immortal sad.gif
6 No, shot down before. Get some custom skins, they could maybe help smile.gif
7 Would include work, but would bring new life to bb.
6 (????) um.... maybe. It sounds a little weird, maybe I just don't understand it right.

I like his idea of the zombies dog piling u, feasting on u, and then u turn into a zombie. That is more of a classic zombie way of dying instead of being surrounded by zombies who keep HITTING u, not biting, while ur meter keeps goin up and u cant get away from them. But i kinda like it wen u get surrounded by zombies and it sounds lik theyre chowin down on u, it adds to the zombie-like-realism for me.

I'd be fine with stealing the CS recoil code, as long as it was from 1.3 or earlier. (I'd really prefer 7.2, but good luck with that.)

Some of these ideas I really like, and some may be useless, or there is no way they're going to be created. Some of these ideas have been posted before, but that's because they are good ideas. BrainBread v1.3 is in the works as of right now, but have they said anything about what's going to be in v1.3? If these ideas are good enough, hopefully they will consider using them. But any ideas of new weapons, don't consider seeing them in the upcoming v1.3, possibly later updates, but not right now. New character models, don't think that's going to happen. Forget about the name changing. Thanks for posting your ideas, though.
