Wow, nice one. The only issue I have with it though is the textures you used for the leaves. It has a fabric kind of look to it. Could you change it to make it more plant like?

Like I said on steam chat, a good way to reduce polygonal count and make the model more realistic and more optimized for a map setting would be to make the leaves a transparency texture, thus giving the illusion of realistic leaves and reducing polygon count to probably around 500-600.

Also, if you are in need of some nice, detailed and good textures, try this site!
