Has anybody else watched this Game's gameplay trailer?!!?!?!!? If so, join me in my endless anticipation of this game. It looks simply amazing, so amazing that it's too good to be true. Worth the wait for everyone.... maaaaaaaaan, this game is something I'm really going to wait for. I loved Diablo II, so I imagine this will be quite kick ass. Mostly for the bigger ammount of quests (the last one had a pitiful ammount. All were near-epic quests, but still.) and the huge graphical improvement.

Yeah, lots of aspects from Diablo 2 were changed. More action-y and kickass skills, awesome motions and the graphics are amazing. The characters' skills seem pretty interesting too. I've a good feeling about this game even if it'll lack some of the feelings we get from Diablo 2.

Yes the Diablo 2 team made Hellgate London which is the spiritual succesor of Diablo 2, even has some of its pranks (warts leg for example)

its a cheat in star craft explaining that a hoax (the secret cow level) in diablo 1 is false. the cheat is thereisnocowlevel. In diablo 2 they decided they should make the cow level and they did. It was awesome google secret cow level.

As long as there's news about Diablo III, this thread will be alive. The 4th character class has been revealed for this new game: http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/characters/monk.xml(unless of course, you saw it ahead of time) I will seriously master that job first and probably stick to it.... oh my gawd, this is somehow a good direction for Diablo 3... I don't mind the new creators making it a bit more bright and cartoon-ish than the older ones. It's called change and it's coming for Diablo III!!! Hopefully they make more warrior-types(as in the Paladin in II). That might probably be the 5th job... no idea. And hopefully the expansion releases more classes This is still in my games list, and I my life will be incomplete if I don't play this game at all.

Yeah the demon hunter reminded me of Devil May Cry for a sec... but it's on a different time and universe. Well, it's very interesting. I'm still gonna stick to the Monk though. All I'm worried about in this game is that it's so cartoony compared to the first two.... hopefully it doesn't disappoint.

I think the closest you'll get to a Necromancer is the Witch Doctor... I think the Wizard will focus on magic more, and the rest are focused on weaponized combat.

I figure it's probably too late to pre-order the collector's edition. Lack of funds makes it so I probably couldn't afford it anyways. I'm also refusing to participate in the "open beta", as I just want to play the full game, not stress test it. Also, I don't want my character to be wiped on launch. So I'll just wait.

ah, you gave me all the more reasons to not go jealous over the open beta Definitely hitting up the monk once it comes out. Them coming out with it just made me feel like it was a surprise party, where my gift was 1,000,000 dollars. As in, I WANTED a monk to play as in an RPG, but was not expecting it from Diablo. So...... Holy shit!!!! That was one badass move on their part.

Just bought the game yesterday. Spent 14 straight hours playing my wizard yesterday. Got like level 28-ish Got back on today, finished Normal Mode in another 3 hours (17 hours-ish total) Working on NM with my lvl 35 Wizard now

Been focused on my lone lv.60 monk, trying to survive Hell mode. Been getting pwned by elites way more often than usual. So I usually find myself farming gold for better items. Now, trying to get a new socketed weapon..... wish you could create sockets in this one, but I doubt that'll happen.

And my mistake up there. I meant Inferno mode, not Hell. I farm in Hell, though. Jeez mick, you must really love this game. Thinking of making a hardcore character myself, but that's until my monk's a decent warrior.... Making OK progress now, but my brother keeps squandering all of the gold, so I'm pretty much stuck on a wall with a noob to share my account with. Seriously, you don't sell a legendary 2h polearm with 398.7~ DPS for 2 million gold!!!! And since he saves every single rare he finds, our storage looks like a damn hoarder's haven. One of these days, he has to get his own account.... edit: oh and I forgot to mention how he squandered all of our gold. He bought a 200k helmet that sucks for its price, then he bids on yet another helmet with 30k. And this is why I'm still really weak. Oh yeah and, PM me your bnet username, mick. Would like to see how beast you are.

This patch ruined my monk. Lost like 30% of my DPS because of the IAS nerf. Awesome. Also my lvl. 47 Wizard is now getting his ass handed to him in A3 Nightmare.

I feel you David. My monk's speed got cut..... now I can't deal criticals as fast as I'd want. Not only that, but AS on weapons are low now. I think it received a harsh cut, but I guess it's for the best. Will miss the days when my monk battered enemies, though........
