Why is it that when i have level 15 skill, which, would be 105% more damage, it takes as many shots to take down anyone/anything as at level 0? New to this, somewhat, just asking.

That depends on what gun you are using. Skill doesnt increase your damage (well it may do slightly...) it just allows you to use weapons like the Stoner or Petrol Tank or Minigun and such.

Sadly, it says in the FAQ, that it increases 7% dmg each skill points. =o.

I say throw it into the mix. I'd love to actually do a one-shot-kill headshot with something other than a Stoner/Sawed off Both barrels at once/ winchester.
