Last I remember, even if you buy another copy, you're still VAC banned on that account. When I was banned from CS:S (left my steam account open in a cyber cafe, and was banned

...), I tried anything and everything to get un-banned, but somewhere it said even if I bought another game, I'd still be VAC banned from source games.

I ended up making another account since my account only had hl1+mods, and HL2/CS:S. If that happened on my account, holy shit I'd be pissed.
