| Just post things going on in your life right now that you would like to talk about, for example friends, girlfriends, boyfriends(SC and Civvy I only mentioned this for you), school etc. etc. I'll start us off mainly cause thats the reason i made this... So School stuff is going good except some shit with science classes Got myself a girlfriend, been goin out a week today, shes a great girl but I only have one class with her we always hang out during lunch and stuff and she is just the best. Although one of her friends told me she was gonna break up with me today but she hasnt so far and my only class with her was over about 3 hours ago and im just sitting on my bed using my laptop and playing 360. |

I like this thread.  Currently, I recovered from being an American Lazy guy(sorry about this term), since I was kind of forgetting that I'm NOT lazy. I didn't turn in a few work on English class, but so far I'm doing good on the rest of my class. I'm currently practicing to be good at Tekken 5 again, since there will(or might) be a tournament in my school... afterschool  Not much on my normal life. No GF yet. |

Great stuff man!! I too have met someone special. We've known eachother for a little while, and I finally got the courage to ask her out on Sunday. I had a feeling she'd say yes though, perhaps something to do with the fact that she was sat in my lap with her arms round me... Well, I work again at my old job, 5am - 9am then goto college after, I'm training to be a Fireman. I have a girlfriend I've been going with for over 2 years now, I've never met a girl like her, Gorgeous, funny and smart. (She does still piss me off alot tho xD) Often meet up with my friends and just get wasted.  Atm, my life is pretty stressful and busy but I'm pulling through. |

| Well i´ve been single since july, that was a 3 year relation and not quite ready to go back in to one, been having a lot of fun though, last time was last night at a house party i organized. In major things, next month there will be an add from my shop, advertising gaming and modded rigs of all prices on CUSTOMPC, uk´ers wil recognise this mag as it made it big there, although i´m talking about the spanish version. |

| Ooookay...well, I'm currently a student at university, having to sort out a few things concerning my course but otherwise everything's going smoothly there. Been single since May and, I've gotta say, I'm loving the freedom I'm still unemployed, but hey, I'm a full-time student - that's gotta count, right? |

| I've been having casual sex with one of my female friends. None of our friends know, so that's been quite fun. But then she had to ruin it by saying she thinks she's might be falling for me. So I've backed off... Stupid women and their emotion! Also, work gave me a hire car for 2 days last week. Which was awesome, seriously considering selling my car and getting a Vectra.  |

| I used to be so motivated and loyal to thing like NJROTC. Now I hate it. I hate the very establishment that is Glendale NJROTC and almost everyone in it. There's so much good to be done, but now there's no point in even trying if no one cares. Why try harder with these people? I'm debating whether I should continue torturing myself being an officer or just at least quit the job and rid myself of the stress. Maybe then I can put more positive energy into things instead of letting it all feed my hatred of all things nice and wonderful. |

| Whats by nothing? Dude time check is TOTALLY different. Time Check = posting the time and what your doing right then This thread = posting things that are going on in your life right now such as relationships, jobs, family etc. There is a big difference and if you cant get that through your skull your not quite as smart as I thought. |

About to fail IT project. It's due in Wednesday, and is meant to be 80-100 or so pages of stuff, I've done 2  IT really really sucks. Oh and I've been going out with my girlfriend now for a week Still going good, we both love eachother very much (Yes, I am aware of the short time-span). |

| I've been paid lots of money, so I'm going out. Much drinking and smoking will ensue. | Let's see, ended a two year relationship last week, so was doing things I wasn't "allowed" to do when I was dating her. Getting pretty high since (only stoned twice). My libido is pretty shot right now, but it'll come back soon, I'm sure. Pretty good reason as to why I haven't been posting. Life is grand and happy I'd say. |

Harhar, this was fun to read I've found out about meh life that I'm lacking outside-the-house time... seriously, my creativity is so crappy right now. And, I've no girl yet, I kind of don't want one yet. It's sooo annoying as to how much people want me to have one... from here and there, they always say "Where's your girlfriend?" or, "do you have a girlfriend?" or, "get a girlfriend!!" Most of those people are just some friends of my family or cousins and stuff. It's annoying like hell. |

| Don't think that you need a girlfriend just 'cause other people are saying you should have one. I've had people pestering me, saying "oh, it should be easy for you to get a girlfriend, meet girls at uni, blah blah blah" but I think such people feel that having a girlfriend is a necessity, whereas I find that it's a.) cheaper, and b.) less hassle to stay single. Plus, the only "talent" I've found that I would want to get involved with are taken or thick as two short planks, neither of which appeals to me |

That's right, you shouldn't go out with someone just because they r the only option. It should be because you both like eachother in the first place. Unless you're just after casual sex I guess, then it doesn't really matter :/ |

| Yeah, just getting by basically, no significant other. Just chilling, nawamean? Getting through school and shit. Some family trouble, but i think its good now. | no they are not custom made. In america at a car dealer you get both options (automatic/shift) we actually have a ton of people who drive shift. I couldn't stand that through all the gears would grind with the shitty highway stop and go we have here. To many damn people |

| I'm getting bored. I've had to withdraw from my university course to be accepted into the new one in September, so I've got even less to do with my time. Unable to get a job, because everyone wants a summer job and the shops hiring staff want people who have experience. Driving lessons are going okay, though. Since withdrawing from uni, I've got more time to do stuff like that, so it seems to ease the boredom slightly. Just need something to do that doesn't involve WoW or...well, not a lot else... |

I must resolve to be vigilant against future grammatical lapses!!! (Is that better?) Yes, I too have become a dumbass - I'm in my first year of A-Levels and I'm failing miserably Don't understand maths, physics and can't remember Psychology and IT has too much work hehe. I'm good at the Mechanics element of maths tho. So hopefully I can balance an E in maths with an A in Mechanics to get a C |

Hey, umm... I was in love once, too... The best way to do it in my opinion is, well, if you are at a range to be able to go out with each other, I would just start planning something up, figuring out where to go, preferably to a place you both like, or a place like a Restaurant, then when you're ready, text her and say "Hey, (INSERT GIRL'S NAME HERE), I was thinking about this thing, and... Will you go out with me?". Easiest way is to ask her, and get it over and done with. Of course, you should put some thought into the message and make it more descriptive. If you can text any of her friends, do that, asking what (INSERT GIRL'S NAME HERE) likes, and get it set up, hoping she will say yes. You might have to wait till next year... And, where do you live? It was Friday the 6th of the 6th of 2008 when I posted this, dude... |

Ok first of all im 18, had plenty of girlfriends plenty of experience. You cant just straight away ask her out, that will just leave you with the possible answer, NO. Plus you will be embarrased as hell and you mite not get a chance again. Firstly text her a little bit more than usual, a bit of light flirting, comment on some of her pictures on myspace"you look really pretty" "i like your hair". Then ask her to cinema, try choose a chick flick nothing too long of a movie then see from there. |

| Give away all of your characters and delete Maple Story off your computer and block the web-site. Start making maps or something that you enjoy that requires you to be creative. Start planning things out on paper when you are just sitting there thinking or waiting for something. |

Don't think i told anyone, but i had my three course meal assessment at tech yesterday. I passed the entree which was a soup and the dessert which was a lemon meringue pie, but i failed my main course by 1 point because my vegetables weren't shaped properly and weren't cooked all the way through which the meal was lamb shanks. I passed overall with 73 out of 100 where i needed 65% to pass so thats all that matters... mostly. |

That would probably end in both of you hating each other... @Zombie: If you're up for some reading, I'd highly recommend the Ender series by Orson Scott Card. It's one of the best sci-fi series I've ever read, so if you're into science fiction it's definetely for you. The books are brilliant "battles of the mind", several geniuses who could convince a stone to jump if they'd want to. Only they're not dealing with stones, but other sentient races threatening to anihilate mankind. The piggies and buggers are two really original takes on sentient aliens, something I suspect haven't been done before. At least the piggies, as the buggers have some similarities with the zerg (The overmind for example). |

| i think something is wrong with me, the last couple night i could fall asleep untill 5 am, i would go up about 1 and just lay there. But last night i went up at like 12 and just layed there and i got up and look at the like clock and it was fucking 8 am, no sleep what so ever. i made a pot of coffee and drank it so i wont mess up my already fucked up sleep cycle. Weird audiotory haluciations also, strange ringing coming from the cieling, but this is not unusual for me (experiance :weed:). I feel complete buddha and ultimate kharma. Strangley paraniod and philosophical (cant believe i spelled that correct on the first try) I am freaking the fuck out and at the moment i have been up around 20 hours straight and im trying to push it untill tonight at around 11. I giggle at stupid shit and it is actually quite enjoyable, it is a strange feeling and i recomend it to anyone. I tend to ramble when i feel a little weird. notice: This is not a complaint, but i am a thinking man and i needed to write down my thoughts, im kind of a geek |

| My best friend (a she, I've mentioned her earlier I think), andI got kinda drunk today. Sorry for my spelling in advance. As of now I'm puking mostly all over the place. We drank some greek booze we found in a drawer. So we got a bit drunk, as I said earlier. Thing is, a half-serious thing I said about my friend looking really good turnrd into us going to have sex. Only when we got to my bedroom I wwas dizzy and uncomfy with the whole situation. So I said I didn't really want to. She said it was okay for her, she really didn't care either way. Which makes me winbder.... did me saying no make me strpng for refusing to exploit someone who aren't really aware of what they're doing or does it make me weak for not daring to actually do it with somenoe who's really good looking even if it 's a person I like as a friend? Please, I just someone to tell me if I am a bad person or not. As I write this my breath stinks of booze and ouke, and my left wrist is kinda bruised from cutting with a nail clipper, so I'm not really aware enough to really tell if I'm a good person or niot. | Long weepy post, don't read unless you really want to. I'm feeling like a fucking emo here. God damn. I apologize for the previous post. As I said, I was really drunk on some shitty greek booze and used all my energy on staring on the keyboard, typing one letter at a time. I hate booze, as every time I drink it I throw up and spend the next day hung over. We had a bottle of wine as well, which I also hate. The only kind of alcomohol I like is cider, everything else has an aftertaste of pure hell. We were sitting outside, talking, listening to music, that sort of thing. And then we decided to go to 24 hour open store to get something to mix the drink with, as by itself it tastes god-awful, and less so in mixed state. On the way, the conversation somehow turned to me saying, not as a pick-up line or trying to get it on with her, that she was really looking good. Which she is, not just me being drunk and stupid. I don't remember the exact words or how we got there exactly, but somehow she said she could have sex with me that night, as long as we were both still affected by the alcohol and that we wouldn't do any more than a one-night stand. I wasn't really sure if I liked that or not. After all, she's my friend, I like her as that only. But the problem stands, if she's good-looking and offers to sleep with you, do you say no? When we got home, we sat in my room, and turned off the lights, and I found a condom in my wallet. As I looked on the little plastic thing I was completely unsure of what to do. It could ruin the way I'd think of her forever. So after a while I said I didn't really want to to it after all. She got out of the room, and talked to my brother for a while. What stressed me out the most was that I several times asked her if she really wanted to do it. She replied that she didn't care at all either way, and that stressed me out. She said that hell, she could probably even sleep with my brother for that sake. After that, I got worse, and threw up. A lot. She has acutally made out with my brother before, in a period when she were extremely unstable. Now I was feeling like hell, unsure of my own motivations, paranoid that she could be doing it with my brother while I was puking. So I did what I've done a couple times before while influenced by alcohol, I cut myself to, I don't know, distract my thoughts. I promise, I will not do spirits in a long long time, only cider for me. That way everything is slightly more funny and moving is a bit odd, instead of puking and hating your own body for doing this to you. And cutting. Fuck. I'm not sure if I should post this or not. After all, what do others care of my insecurities and irrational thoughts |

Personally, I think you did the right thing (apart from cutting) and you shouldn't be upset over it. If your worried about her getting with your brother, maybe drop some hints to him that you like her or just ignore it and let it be, if she does get with your brother, so fuck? Plenty more girls out there to spoil. |

With some luck you'll find some bloodied wrists, self inflicted. Which is the meaing of "cut yourself". So we talked tonight, turns out she didn't remember it happening until I told her. Actually, my paranoia in a way was justified, as she went into my brothers room and talked about doing it, luckily she didn't. And I'm really glad we didn't either, as it probly wouldn't end our friendship, but make it really weird for a long time. @security corporate: don't worry, I'm not planning on cutting any more. I know it's not exactly the same, but drug abuse or smoking are real dangerous to your helth, that doesn't prevent people from doing it. And for someone, cutting vents feelings. But do something creative. Read a good book. Draw a drawing. Find a hobby you've always wanted to do, and if you feel bored and have lots of free time, now's the time to go for it! Immerse yourself in another universe: roleplaying, or simply a huge fantasy series. It's not really curing loneliness, as it's an imaginary place you're reading about, but as a fantasy\sci-fi fan I love looking at another place. And with all that creativity thrown at you, your loneliness might go away |

We stayed in Excalibur since my parents got a free stay there... so we saw the Dinner Show and went to Gameworks... great place if your bored and you can't touch the slot machines yet. Well i originally met her last november in a big ass alternative party, while she wasn´t the best looker in the place, she certainly had style so that got my attention + she´s got the whole trinity (matrix) look going on. Aniway spent the night talking and so on and eventually hooked up. So after that i had girls here and there but nothing quite what i was looking for, she got a boyfriend that turned out to be a disaster, point is, for all this time we always kept in contact through msn, phone and so on. So eventually we got to be very good friend, and we met up again, again we got it on and we though, fuck, might as well be togueter, so yeah, and it´s working out awesomely. here´s a pick we took the morning after a party a couple of weeks back.  |

O I hate the damn norton anti-virus. When I was a regular cs player two years ago, it would tab down half-life every five minutes, saying, "omg, you're playing a game! That's dangerous!!!" And my pc had a huge problem with tabbed half-life ware. So it took about ten seconds of black screen before I could see my body shot to pieces while I'd been gone. It made me so mad at times I was about to punch a hole through my LCD screen. So yeah, no Norton for me anymore. |

I would better have a virus in my pc than a norton antivirus, it slows the crap down even more. Im on freeware Avira antivir now, works pretty damn well. |
