This was a very fun game. I remember it fondly. But, it had to go, eventually. It's a bit of a ghost town, here. No surprise. I guess. But I had really fun times with this game.

The forums should be archived, and the mod BrainBread do not work anymore since Half-Life 1 moved to commons. And the BB devs doesn't care bout it? Well that is a shame.

The reasons why IronOak should be archived:

a ) No activity (100% dead)
b ) No moderation
c ) We, the BBS devs have really no control here. That's why we made our site over at http://www.brainbreadsource.com

Well, there ARE no BB devs. Zpin is the only one even somewhat active anymore. They've all moved on. I mean, hell, the mod hasn't been updated since early 2005. Use your head, man.

Have already contacted Zpin to get the BB source code so we can make a huge fix for it, or if they should fix it, they said they will look into it. It have been 1 year now (sent it 2012-12-06).

(by they i mean Zpin and Daniel)

EDIT:
Half-Life have been fixed, BB now works again thanks to a HL patch that arrived, who knows when, this year.

Hmm. Ive got a hard drive somewhere which contains the whole FTP from the first project of BB:S before it was scrapped. May have some useful things on it.

Got the whole FTP but got no code from it

oh well we are doing our own. "We mostly wanted to see its own code and just take some parts from it and scrap the rest"
