Hiyas,

Me and another guy are working for a year on this map called shadowrun. It is meant for the Existence mod. But since we like Public enemy very much we are thinking about making it a PE map. How can we get hands on the fgd file ?

hey all :> im the other mapper working in shadowwrun. actually is meant to be a map for ex as omen said, however we put it many innovations like hint systems in info terminals, moving spy drones (cameras that flies around watching the map), also carried out a cinematic sequnce for round end when rebs winning and adding 2 factions of NPCs able to fight using reskinned models to make em look nuff cyberpunkish biggrin.gif where quite noobie at brush development, but im gonna post some screenies asap as my host is back up so u can see some of the work smile.gif info on when is a FGD released would be very thankful, cos were seriously considering to make this a P-Enemy map as well. thx for ur time and hope to hear soon from you all !

Problem is that I am totally retexturing the map right now since it uses Existence textures...Poeple from that mod wont liek it if we used them for a PE map. Anyway making good progress. I'll post screenies if I am done with the texture work

i believe they said the fgd would try and be released with the next release?

not 100% sure on that one though wink.gif its on one of these threats.

Allright I have 10 screenshots on the devolpment site right here.

It's not a finished product so don't take it as it is right now..Stuff needs to be added/removed. And things need to be retextured. But comments are always welcome if they are constructive ! wink.gif

very nice.
my suggestions, as you said it already:

add some more stuff.
for example in the building on pic 2, it seems to be a very empty room. add crates, shadows and stuff so someone can hide.

but i like that 2-story-thing. firing down and throwing grens down street while standing above that and watching your enemy getting killed biggrin.gif biggrin.gif *har har*

actualy its like 4 stories high, height is a lot in this map. its full of places to hide and weird routes to take. afterall its a map that took a lot of time for omen and plan to create.

i dont think the screenies look that impressive, but when i play the map im in awe of the size and complexity of the city around you. its one of those maps you gotta try, not see screenies. (at least thats how i think of it)

Yes I agree, the fun of the map is in the complexity of it. I've tested the existence version of it plenty, which has been great fun. It takes a while to learn, but then again, most PE maps do. I think this map will suit PE great.
