I tried to post this with pictures, and a much more detailed description, but since invision somehow screwed me over, I lost all of that, and about half an hour of my life. Instead of forgetting the whole thing, I decided to post a simpler version, and if people still don't understand, then maybe I will post a more advanced version later.

First of all. I would like to say that I am doing this because people continue and continue to nag me and other players in BB servers.

Step 1:

Click on the "Options" tab, in the Main Brain bread menu.

Step 2:

When the "Options" dialogue comes up, press on the "keyboard" tab.

Step 3:

Third row down, of the items to bind, click on the one that says "Show mouse cursor".

After selected, click on the "Edit Key" button, just as if you were to do to a movement key, for example, and change it to something such as "X" or something you can easilly hold down during gameplay, for a short amount of time.

Step 4: (In game)

Hold down the binded key (Like X, as I stated above) and go to the bottom of the screen where there are 3 options. "Hps", "Speed", and "Skill". Next to it it says "points". The points, as you may have guessed, is how many points you have to spend. Click on one of the options (Hps, speed, or skill) while holding down your binded key for your cursor, and click on one of them. You will see that your "points" go down, and the more you click on "Hps, "speed", or "skill", the more it will go down.

The more points you put into each option, the more you will get of that. For example, If you put 4 points into speed, your player movement speed will be increased by a small amount.

Anyway, enjoy gaming, and if you STILL have any questions after this tutorial, please feel free to PM me, or post in this thread...

When you think about it, it's sad when non-english persons can write better than native Englishmen wink.gif

It's great for when you are too lazy to tell them online... and they really want to know. You just direct them here biggrin.gif

EDIT: errr....

"Ironoak's Grammar teaching school thing"

This is what your quote would look like.... after you get through the "boot camp" stage here. It includes people constantly nagging at you, until you use correct spelling and grammar.

Thank you for that nice tutorial, but do you really think any nubs will bother looking here when they can bug us online? lol

Doesn't that look much more neat?

Health: 25
Speed: 34
skill: 42

I think thats the max for each =o.

Not sure, I think it may varry at each server.. I'll have to figure that out... at CozmicShredder its:

Skill: 44
Speed: 34
Health: 25

I think it's that, anyway...

i usualy have alot in speed and skill , on a server i was playing on for a long time i ended up with

full speed and full skill , then ppl thought i was a haxxer since they couldnt kill me when i was a zomb and that they couldnt kill me when they were a zomb

Posted by: bacon333 January 01, 2007 12:14 am
I always have extra points...

I max out all three, and end up with 30 spare points or something sad.gif

Haha, this thread went from ontopic to offtopic.

I always start with speed, then health, then skill last.
Or If I want to use the chaingun, I'd focus on skill more.

on maps where its irritating if there are dickhead zombie players or just a big amount of zombies i put enough skill to use the petrol tank.
rest i have in speed til i get like 25 , good amount of speed . rest in health so i dont die so fast

Get back on topic or I will smite this thread with closepwnage. Not really, but good tuturial bacon. Surprised none of us thought of making one since there are many who still ask how to use the skill system. Questions about that usually appear ingame though...

I thought of doing something like this..
But, I was too unconfident.
Something good to use in the future smile.gif
