I am trying to edit the character .tga , the character select menu ones, but everytime I make one it will not appear, I save it as .tga the right size, same as original, same name convention, slightly less on memory usage than the original, they are abotu 96 mine seem to save at about 78, am I missing soemthing?

Did you make sure the color depth is 16 million colors (24bit)?

I just got Photoshop CS and its awesome exept when i try to edit BB textures it says like "couldnt edit cause u gotta save it as RBG.... but there is no RBG when i try to save it over paint.. sad.gif

KRUX it means the color mode of the file is set to RGB. You gotta go to IMAGE-> MODE then make sure RGB is checked.
