Hi i hope you guys do a job well done on this mod i will be keeping a lookout every day biggrin.gif. So i have some weapons suggestions i have came up with but you dont have to have them. And im including the ones from the trailer

You should really do your research on your weapons names and caliber.
The Desert Eagle, do you want a .44 .50 or .357 with a 6in, 8in, 10, or 14in barrel?
For me I would like the .357 with 10in barrel.

Cyberpunk maps are what made the game in your opinion. Whether or not the maps were there, people would have still played the game. As for the weapons, that would be nice, but not needed.

As for those weapons, some of them are already in there. And don't get too specific as to what type per weapon. Extremely specific things like that I'm willing to bet the Devs are going to avoid, as they are rather superfluous.

By the way, try not to double-post. You could have just edited your first one.

But I do agree with Steambub, you should specify what type of weapon you're suggesting. Though, it seems hard to remember all of those, and I'm like them. laugh.gif

Oh, I didn't even notice that. That's what I get for sleeping 4 hours a day. As for specifics, the original poster didn't need to be anymore specific. This isn't SMOD or some other tactical or ultra-realistic game. It doesn't need to be anymore specfic than the numbers and letters in AK-47. When you say winchester, every veteran zombie gamer will know what that is, regardless of year or model. There are times where you need to be exact, but this isn't one of them.

Most of those guns are planned, a lot are already made, except the knife, fighting zombies with knife is not very effective.

Being as specific in that in a game is slightly anally retentive to say the least.
Names such as "shotgun" or "rifle" would be perfectly fine - it's like the difference between an arcade racing game, and an unltra-realistic race simulation, with millions of combinations of fine tuning settings. If you were to include specific model numbers, versions and editions then you would need to also provide highly accurate and detailed models (it's difficult and expensive to legally aquire a firearm in Europe to copy from). Besides, it would frighten off potential players, who just want to take out the twin Uzis and get fragging! biggrin.gif

I don't know why it failed. It was superior to me. Or do I just like voting for the underdog? Either way, there's not much difference between PE and that dumbass mod Dystopia.

Also, just to sum up what everyone else is saying: When it comes to weapons in Brainbread, it is best to use the KISS method.
