I need help again on setting a dedicated server up since noone helped my on my first thread. Then hopefully you all can help me on this one. now lets get down to buisisness.

1. My cs:S source dedicated no longer works for some reason.
2. at the bottm of my play games list their are 2 dedicated servers.
3. one for source {i have}
4. and the other says it is a normal dedicated server and if i install it, it will be a half life dedicated server and i want it to be a brainbread role playing server.
5. could someone tell me how to "paste and cut" becasue i want one for brainbread and one for maybe svencoop
6. Do i have to pay for it.

download server version instal it to the dedicated server floder in steam and then select brain bread from the list of games GG

could you tell me like where the dedicated server is in my computer? I'm guessing its C:/Program files/valve/steam/something???

What E:???? Its in my computer but it says its for c.d disk and when i open it nothing is in it????

ok this is a spoiler!!!

1. firts install the dedicated server with steam by clicking here:



2.Download the server version of BrainBread by clicking here:




3. copy the server version of BB to this folder :

Steam\SteamApps\your_email@hotmail.com\dedicated server

4.Run the dedicated server here :



and then select BrainBread from the gamelist? NO YOU DONT!!!!!(Lol?)

I got the dedicated stuff all downloaded and the full window zip on my desktop and i can extract all files easily but.... When i install it to

C:/program files/valve/steam/steamapps/username/dedicated server

and when i click extract,it says do you want to overwrite "ak.sc'" and the options are

1. yes to all
2.yes
3.no
4. cancel

and i picked cancel, casue sc stands for svencoop and something might be replaced i need to run the game.

then install it, make a list of things that get overwritten (choose no on each single one, not no to all), then backup those files, reinstall the server, yes to all, and if it goes wrong just uninstall the server and use the backed up files.

to backup just collect each file into a rar...

that was kinda hard to understand....... anyways so say no to the overwritten files or is it yes to all????

ok when i picked extract files here is a list that says if you want to overwrite

And the list goes on and on, and if i click yes to all, will something happen to brainbread??

And most importantly will it damage my firends computer, becasue it isn't mine. Since i am at my friends house,and its his computer.
