FAMAS = A useless weapon realistically, beleive it or not, it's original design was not actually to kill, true story.

Steyr Aug= This would be entirely unrealistic, your firing rounds off every second of the game in BB, the Styer AUG was not meant for this, it is plastic and melt's if you fire off more than 60 rounds (2 clips) wihtout giving it a chance to cool

PSG-1 = Crap.

Dragunov = Scope is to damn complicated, more trouble than it's worth, but the gun does look cool.

Tommy gun = I beleive these guns were first constructed in 1928, they are far too old, get over it.

MP5SD- An MP5 that is silenced!
MP40
MP5K

mp5k would be cool because you could hold one of each, the rest are useless.

Franchi SPAS 12 = The SPAS is huge it would take up like half the screen, I prefer the beneli it's far more compact.

Ever heard of a little gun called the G11? It can fire 7 round's before the user feels the recoil.
Well, the G11 fires experimental caseless ammo, the tavor doesn't. Also this isn't about "feeling the recoil", but about game mechanics. after testing both the M16 and the Tavor it seems that secondary fire doesn't shoot 3 round bursts but just one higher damage shot. Since the M16 has a burst sound while the tavor only has a single shot sound it appeared to me that it converts the ammo into some sort of slug due to futuristic technology.

Might be the case in the real world, but in a game like BB it hardly matters if a rifle is "self-cleaning" or easier to dismantle. Since there is no use for the "reflex sights" of the G36 in BB, all game relevant gun characteristics would be the same.

Most military firearms are not meant to kill, but to incapacitate the target, so enemy soldiers have to attend to their wounded comrades, which prevents them from fighting back. Also a wounded soldier will drain morale much more than a dead one.

About every weapon without special cooling mechanisms would melt after shooting 100-200 rounds non-stop (you couldn't hold them, too). This is why the MG42 was so feared on WW2 battle fields: The barrel could be quickly exchanged if it became too hot, allowing MG teams to fire almost non-stop. Lucky us: BB is about fun and doesn't need weapon heat.

Who needs a reason?

I have some more weapon ideas:

P-90- It's a neat looking gun, holds 50 rounds, shoots semi-auto and fully automatic, 900 rpm.

For mounted guns, the m60 would be a good selection.

I'd prefer the MG3, although it's not an american made. The M60 is just a cheap rip-off from the MG42 and it still can't match the MG42's power, even after a dozen modifications.

Yeah, the MG42 is a really powerful gun, and can shoot really fast.
