The Stoner, What I think should happen to it

Just another Survivor Group: Members Posts: 33 Joined: December 15, 2004	I'll tell you why this gun is out of place. It's silenced, it's a semi-automatic sniper rifle, and it's incredibly powerful. I think it would add to the feeling of the game if it was swapped for a bolt action hunting rifle, like that of Resident Evil: Code Veronica. This way, it'll fit in more with the look and the feel of the mod. It'll also be a slower firing mechanism still like the stoner, but slower still because of having to do the bolt action Also I suggest that you make the scope like a CS scope sprite. Black outings with the white innings and then a cross inbetween. I'm suggesting this because of the sheer lack of zombie movie weapons. This being the minigun, flamethrower, Tavor, and Stoner. Though they somehow fit in really well. However, the Stoner doesn't. Just a thought.

The Stoner already is incredibly powerful. If you mean by having it kill with a shot to the chest, then yeah, that'd be reasonable.

As for the scope business, I was just suggesting a scope like it. I could of said DoD or other. Not exactly like a CS scope. More like a scope like Americas Army, or DoD. Just so people know what I was talking about I said CS.

I'd not like a moving scope because this is a fun mod but i'd like a scope with a crosshair that stays still. -------------------- This is what Ive said for the past couple months every time has requested source: BB source is highly unlikely because the mod team (Ironoak) has decided to use the crystal engine to create an rpg, although they have said there is a small chance of going to source but please, for the sake of all mankind, do not request a port and/or create polls, or even useless threads about the porting of BB, because it is most likely not going to happen, thank you for reading. Last hope of Mankind Group: Members Posts: 699 Joined: November 03, 2004	the winchester's a handle-action rifle. where you cock the handle to switch to the next bullit. instead of using a bolt or just semi auto. anyways, ive stolen your idea, and put it up in a poll. lol sounds more negative then it is, its in the general discussion. i did that because this isnt the first time this subject is raised. anyways since having 2 threads is useless im just gonna lock this one, not because its wrong or somebody flamed, or anything like that, but i used to to create a poll that might determine what to be done with it. let your vote count for you. and ofcourse you can continue the discussion in that thread.
