Hi guys,

How do we save experience points so we can rejoin at a later time and still get to use the min guns etc we worked so hard to get?

I was wondering if there was a command we need to use in the cfg or something?

Thanks heaps,

You can't save your own XP. Rather, the server you play on does. The default setting is 24 hours, so as long as you play on the same server within a 24 hour span (assuming that server has the default setting established) you'll still have your levels. In other words, the setting is server side and there's nothing you can personally do to save your own XP unless you run your own server.

Hi there,

Sorry, I should have clarified, I run my own dedicated server (regardless of all the crashing that takes place sad.gif) When people rejoin after the server crashes none of the XP is saved and you have to start all over again.

I play on there each day with it starting at zero each time. It's frustrating how it crashes so often (once per hour usually. mellow.gif)

Hopefully the new patch makes the server more stable so XP isn't lost when it crashes.

Cheers,

Save exp for 24h. (0 = don't save exp, -1 = save exp forever, X = save exp for X hours)
