Sorry to resurrect an old topic, but it seemed better to ask about it here than spam a new thread elsewhere.

On Counter Strike it's possible to vote for maps from the server rotation, but I don't recall the precise command, and I'm not sure about it on BB.
Since DZSC won't appear when I try to refresh it, I'm guessing the server is down, so I'm playing almost exclusively on Blutwurst. The problem being that it keeps crashing while I'm playing on it, so I rarely play anything but Heaven's Gate/Carnage/Slaywatch/GunZone.

Is it possible for normal users like myself to vote for other maps?

Also, despite the server rules stating that all players should complete the objectives and escape, and my continuous repetition of this rule after I've escaped, some players refuse to escape, and prefer to camp the weapons until the end of the round. Since that's both boring and irritating as hell, I'm hoping BB kept the ability to vote for a player to be kicked by the other players on the server.
Again, I'm unsure wether or not this command exists in BB, or what it is if it does. Anyone?

EDIT: I can't get noclip to work. I create a game, and set sv_cheats 1, bu noclip doesn't work.
Do I have to/how do I disable VAC?
