After I spend my points in any stat the stat works like it should at that level untill I die, then the stats even though they will display the proper number, the stat will work like it is at 0 (ex. 11 points in hp, have 100 something hp, die, when I repsawn my hp is back to 89 and will not increase with health packs) this is really annoying

I think what sneb is referring to, is that whenever you die you lose your stats.
This happens only on a server that saves players level forever. Also it seems to happen to players with really high levels only. Upon rejoining the server, you will gain your stats points back |

I have this problem too .. I also find that when I have about 30 on skill and nothing else .. its like I have 0 skill when I respawn .. its a 1.0 bug.
To fix that, just evenly distribute your stats. A way to tell if the stats are working is to inflate your HP, so if it 'resets' you can tell if its back to the default min. HP setting.
