We need update the FAQ, update FAQ info

A couple of things caught my attention when browsing the FAQ:

QUOTE

Teammate bonus

In the top right corner you can see how many teammates are near enough to give you a defensive team bonus. For each teammate you'll receive 5% less damage.

Is this leftover from beta, because I haven't noticed this yet.

QUOTE

sv_damageinfo Shows a summary of given/taken damage after the player's death. Default: 0

This variable has since been removed for 1.1, and perhaps others too. It'd be nice to have a changelog of which features/variables were added/removed and then update the FAQ with that.

Instead a text message "TeamBonus x nrOfPlayers" should appear (a bit too transparent probably.
