Hey can someone plz help me, i got photoshop cs and when i edit a texture from a zombie or what ever and try to import it back in it says: error reading texture BMP" whats that suposed me mean and is there any way of fixing it? plz help sad.gif

you have to change the

image mode to Index

image>mode

and then save it, it should save as 8 bits smile.gif
