Can you create a ninja with a Tanto (short katana) commiting Hari Kiri to escape infection, like he has a bite mark on his arm and with his other arm he is sticking a tanto into his heart/stomach.

VERY FREAKIN MUCH!!!  By the way, an Ashigaru is equivalent to a footman. He's a cheap soldier with cheap armor.  I know that because I have a book about the samurai. Got it for discount  Again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Going to use this for my zombie-samurai-story I'm working on. THANKS AGAIN edit: I looked back at the pictures Oek drew, and his skills have GREATLY improved. I'm not saying that his old drawings were bad, i'm just saying that his drawing's detail has greatly improved to a legendary-artist guy. Oek, YOU ARE TEH ROXORS. Very very very impressive! A nice come back picture as well! Remins me of the book world war z were a blind japanese man wanders these forests with a sword and he can hear the zombies and cuts them all down. really awsome part of the book.

Thanks Lundquist. Thanks Elite viking, I refer some pictures of Japanese armors to draw it. But maybe I shouldn't draw those cases of katanas that he hangs from his waist. The longer one seems not quite right for me. Zombie, Thank you for compliments. It was so kind of you to say that I'm better than a professional artist. And I'm glad that you said that my skills have improved. Maybe the armors the ashigaru wears are too expensive for his rank. Zombie-samurai-story, that sounds interesting. Thanks hunter, I was not sure that I can draw a not-bad picture for a come back picture. But it seems I did pretty not-bad. I couldn't find Japanese translated version of World War Z, I found the book in Amazon.co.jp, but it's too hard for me to read 320 pages of English texts. I found some movie sites says that WWZ is going to become a movie. I will see the movie when the movie comes to my town.  But one of the movie theater was closed last year. Now we have only one small movie theater, and they only play big budget movies. :.( Here you go DavidRoxZoRs. The thing he has in his right hand is a (not famous) ninja weapon "Tori no ko". It means "a child of a bird". The name comes from it's shape like a egg of a bird. It has a explosive inside, so it's kind of a bomb. But some articles say this weapon is not deadly. Oops, I think I found a mistake in this picture. Or maybe not. Anyway, the sort katana is called "kodachi" (big one is called "tachi") and in the present day when I heard word tanto, it sounds like some kind of a dagger for me. I don't know the name of it but the thing I drew in this picture is a kind of dagger I think. It is shorter than kodachi but it look like a katana, and it even has a case for it (I didn't draw it though). So maybe the sword I drew is not the same one in DavidRoxZoRs's mind. And, by the way, Japanese people may not understand the word hari kiri, or hari kari. Because the Japanese word for those is "hara kiri". The word changed its letter because it was hard for some non-Japanese people to pronounce the word "hara kiri". That's what I read in some Japanese magazine.  -------------------- |

I love the look on his face, how even while being eaten, he still wants to whoop some ass. Excellent drawing. The only thing I didn't really like was the dark, black outline on the zombie on the right. You should no better tahn to do that, Oek. Tsk, tsk.

THAT DRAWING'S JUST GREATTTTTT!! I never thought of something like that.. I thought the ninja was by himself, stabbing himself, but I never thought of something like this!!!! OH yeah, when you commit seppuku, you split your stomach apart!! That's good on what you done, because one stab is just boring.  The sword that ninja used looked like a small sword assassin geishas use. I really like this drawing! samurai is a warrior ,zombie,
the one in the other pic is a NINJA , meaning a kinda Assasin meaning samurais can wear as heavy stuff as they need because they dont have to stealth around. while ninjas are for assasination , aka they need stealth , or light armor that does not make alot of noise This post has been edited by gordon_frohman on February 17, 2007 11:06 pm -------------------- |

Hello all!
Glad IronOak is back! I'm getting busy these days, because I'm drawing pictures for a mod. And it is difficult for me to draw nice quality pictures as my last two posts, but if you are ok with that, I can accept another three requests. -=Chris Redfield=- Hmm, I drew dark outline to stand out the zombie from things on his back (his back? what do you say, his front?). As you can see on ninja's guts and left arm. But I understand and I agree with you that outline on the zombie on the right was too much. Thank you very much for telling me that. I really want to hear that kind of things. Of course I love to hear compliments  but that is what I need to improve my skill.DavidRoxZoRs Thank you dude!  I'm sorry for that purple thing. That silly thing was drawn by me. The papers I usually use for drawings have those purple thing. My mother gave those printed papers for my birthday of 15. (And I still have more than 300 sheets.) Zombie Thank you! Takeshi Kitano, I never see his movie. He is a famous comedian in Japan. And he is on TV as a comedian usually. So I don't really wanted to watch his movie, but now I have to see one. Which movie is the best movie he made? gordon_frohman Yes, that's right. Like a spy, but not like 007 nor Mission Impossible. Right now, the only SERIOUS movie I've seen by Kitano is "Zatoichi". I don't know if it is the best, because I haven't seen his other movies. Have you heard of Zatoichi? It was a very long tv series there in japan, which was inthe past. Kitano made a movie of it, cept he made Zatoichi blonde. Zatoichi, I have never seen the TV series or movies, but yes I know.
Maybe I should watch Zatoichi someday. The only movie I have seen with Takeshi Kitano in it, is Johnny Mnemonic. I use to read books of William Gibson, I want to see Mona Lisa Overdrive on the screen. -------------------- |
