Well, right now I'm trying to go for a simplistic design on the first sections. I want to gradually make the design more complex further along.

Whats wrong with throwing in some cramped spaces? Its either lots of zombies in a large area, or a few in a small area or a lot more zombies in a small area. wink.gif

I really like how the ultra-bright light settings in light entities make the walls look more metallicish. Going to mess around with the render settings on the fire sprites too, going to try for a more glowish look if I can get it to work right in Half-Life. If I can, itll make some of the later parts of the map look closer to what Im hoping for.

Just played the updated version...

It ROCKS... Awsome map Shoot_me..

One thing though... Add more alarms, in a facility like that Im pretty sure they'd be everywhere. At the latter end of the map there are no zombies... No sounds... nothing... Add a small alarm sound or some form of computer beeping.

But other then that its bloody good

LOL, I know, I haven't gotten that far just yet. This time around I'm trying to keep all the entities and brushes in their own folders this time. So I work on the brushwork, clean up the directory tree, then I start work on the entities. So, I may get a room walled-in, but it won't have any entities in it.

I'll see what I can do, just remember; if I were to put a number on how "finished" this map is, it'd be around 15%.
