Shoot_me How do you activate REALLY detailed textures. I remember you mentioning something about it, but i figured mine where already on the maximum setting. However after seeing some of you screenshots mine look kind of... well... erm.. not as nice..

Thanks, I just hope the end-result turns out right.
Well, there are a couple ways that you can go about it: When making your detail texture (if you make it the same size as the HL texture) you can simply increase the contrast between the light and dark spots to have the textures stand out more. For the majority of the textures, this is what I do. The really light spots (not quite white) look really shiny in-game. So, youll probably have to tweak either your lighting or the detail texture to get it to look just right. Another thing that you can do is change the scale of the detail texture in the detail text file. For example, if you have a tiled detail texture, you can decrease its size in game by increasing the to numbers at the end the respective line in the detail text file. 1.0 is the same scale as the texture in-game, 2.0 should be around half. Going to add some ambience to whats currently mapped so itll be a bit more polished. -------------------- Still mapping away!! |

Been kind of busy today, so I didn't get much done, but I did manage to clean up some areas (sorry, no new zombie spawns, yet. The majority of them will be triggered

![]() Can you get it where you've got to push fred (new model is poss) into a frickin lazer to kill him? -------------------- This is what Ive said for the past couple months every time has requested source: BB source is highly unlikely because the mod team (Ironoak) has decided to use the crystal engine to create an rpg, although they have said there is a small chance of going to source but please, for the sake of all mankind, do not request a port and/or create polls, or even useless threads about the porting of BB, because it is most likely not going to happen, thank you for reading.

I like the spinning things where the lasers start and end. good use of sprites too.
You need to add some ammo, a gun, or a health pack where that burning door is, just so there would be a reason for the marine to be standing there. I also like the computer rooms... Gonna need some details for the screens though. Maybe around the edges. Also, in the big computer room (the one with the dead barney), there is a big glass case with a dark floor texture for the wall and floor... You should put a computer or somethin in there.
