Well the fred fix patch is pretty freaky lol but i love killing nemesis i always did in RE3 it was so cool and as civ would say it was sound:D

when you shoot fred parts of his body come off as he gets damage, the gibs come off fred still but the model stays the same because its probably difficult too do the missing limbs quickly.

I've seen some other attempts at modelling Nemmy and they've done the same thing you have. I know the re3 model has its legs sticking out like that but it's practically impossible to imitate. it's far better to ignore it and have them in line with its waist with the trench coat just going straight down. also his waist is too far low down.
