Ok so i dld the RE skin pack and the UBCS grunt replacement and the only servers i no that run em are the www.4thudusa's and on some of ther servers they run no grunts or barneys and itll crash occasionally and send me back to the main menu and on ther other servers they run grunts and barneys but ill walk near them or look at them and it will crash to desktop any help?

Sometimes a file may be named wrong or animation.
Example; The default BB Hgrunt model uses Anim #2 called Attack, the BB Hgrunt model's Anim #2 might be called OMGATTACK, and because the names aren't the same, the game will crash, because it can't find 'Attack name' anim. Go back to the defaults or choose a different BB model. I will leave this open, just incase. Welcome to the forum. P.S: Beat ya immoral.  --------------------  |

The re model replacement works just fine for me,but I could never get the UBSC grunt replacements to work.Did you install them at the same time be for starting a server.

does the client or the server crash?

its on the 4thidusa site its the umbrella swat i think or its UBCS and i dled them and installed them before i joined the server

If you mean the UBCS swat, place all those hgrunt models, in your brainbread/models folder, they will not have a folder of there own
