Did you pay attention at all? I stated there was zombies atleast 20 times. ANd the story isnt over...rawr.

Kir clawed his way over the body, one of the few that were not raised and marched off. Leaving a trail of blood behind him as he slowly, painfully, inch by inch, foot by foot, crawled to his sword. The sword that Ichiyo defiled with the blood of his men. His vision grew gray and black, closing into a single tunnel, with the pommel of his sword all he could see, he weakly reached out and grasped it, his hand closing over the plain looking katana. He let out a gasp of releif...and was still.

~Present Day~


Kir dragged his sword through the face of another zombie, just one in endless thousands of millions, he jammed his sword through another and said a single word, the zombie bursting into flames and burning away in seconds, he spun 360, cleanly decapitating 6 zombies at once, sheathing his sword and putting both hands on the ground, he rattled off a short chant and the dirt around him lifted up a good 20 ft into the air, protecting him from the zombies...for now...

Kir looked over the sea of zombies surrounding him, but he knew not despair, he had been dead once, in some ways he was like these soulless monsters, but he was far from mindless, and he still had his soul. He looked out at the sea and jumped back in, his torn and tatterd shirt ripping on a zombie claw as he landed, revealing the scar from a sword puncture....an inch left of his spine. He decapitated another zombie and moved on.
