Lets see... first off... BB runs fine... but when i play certain maps like bb_uc1_chp7_niteclub or bb_chp2_carnage and ect... it says that my map is differnt from the servers but on some other maps like bb_uc1_chp2_sincity and ect... i can play it fine when i try to dl the map and extract it, it always say that the .bsp file is corrupted or if i even just delete the file from the map folder and dl off the server it self it still says its differnt from the server but on my bro's computer, theres nothing wrong with the maps i try to play on my computer and when i copy his half life folder and replace mine it still says that my map is differnt from the servers oh and i did try re-installing the game, still dont work

re-install. Failing that, be sure that you are not trying to connect to servers with custom maps.

put your .bsp files into a backup folder and dependent on the server, it should download to your harddrive directly from the server.

umm i said that i tried to re-install and it still didnt work and when i delete the map and dl it off the server it's self it still doesnt work....

completely uninstall, delete all brainbread folders in steam, redownload from a different link, re-install.
