I downloaded a few custon maps, but where the heck do you install/put them so I can play them?

Search to your brainbread directory and find out what files are in what folders, then put the appropriate downloaded files in to the correct folders then load up brainbread and start a server with one of the maps you just downloaded or you could fin a server that is running that map. Is that good enough?
