I staggered onwards, clutching my side with one hand and holding my pistol with the other. I thought I had probably bruised a couple of ribs. Sure, I had had worse when I was still in Special Forces - and even worse while working in the USA - but it didn't stop me from moving slowly. I came across an abandoned car. I checked inside for any dead people, and satisfied that there weren't any people inside, I reached in and turned the key in the ignition. When the engine started, I jumped back in alarm and banged my head. I hadn't expected it to start up at all. Rubbing my head, I got into the driver's seat and shut the door. I put the car in reverse, and headed towards the end of the road. This is my last post on this story for tonight, as it's nearly 3am, I'm really tired, and I've got stuff I've gotta do tomorrow. Nick now was on top of the Major Skyscraper in the City. He had 2 drums left for the SAW he picked up, they each had 250 shots in it. and the one in his gun had 200 left. He still had his colts, with about 20 ammo left for each one. He pciked up some food; meal bars, water, gatorade. He also picked up 3 huge black Tarps, wich he managed to make a tent out of them, with a floor. He also found a space blanket. And he still had all his other supllies. His arm hard a strach in it from when he was climbing up onto a roof, it was pretty deep, he bandaged it up. he still had 2 sticks of dynomite left. But for now... he needed to sleep... alot...a whole lot.

I launched 'nade after nade. Setting the whole building on fire. Including caitlen's remains. I kneeled down before the building. "I'm sorry cait... I should've protected you..." "Rest in peace." Zombies were closing in. I killed 2 with my shotgun, then took my gun and turned it back at me...
