A Man In a car flew by and killed alot of zombies. The Rest followed him. This Gave me and Cait Time to Cinder block up the front entrance. It took us an hour And We Finished, then zombies started to come back, So we went back on the roof and went back inside the wall mart and welded the door shut and Bricked up the doors... all of them from the inside.

"Wow... this is going to be one safe place.." Siad Cait As We Finsihed pouring in the cement into the cinder blocks.

"Yeah... We Need a Back Up Or a Look out on the roof though... Hopefully more people will come... I don't undertsand why Rick didnt come to walmart with us..." I murmured.

"Alright... Lets start building some look out posts on the roof." siad Cait, to keep the subject away from missing or dead, people and things.


We Built The Frame out of wood on the roof. It Was about a 5 foot high wall around the roof, luckily the wallmart was the corner of two other buildings... it tooks us 4 hours and used up alot of wood, but it was worth it... We weren't leaving wall*mart anytime soon. Wee Drilled holes in thh wall so we could stick guns out, and to look out for people and such. We Brought out some Fireworks and shot them off.. To tell people we were here. The zombies didnt follow them over... they jsut walked way actually, the sound msut have made them hurt or somehting.

WEll Hopefully somebody Saw the Bottle rockets, and roman candles shoot into the air...

I looked over as some bottle rockets were fired into the air. I ran to the edge of the building I had just jumped down onto, and followed the trail of smoke with my eyes, until they came to rest on a Wal Mart. "Survivors..." I murmured. I turned to Rover. "We'd best get moving."

Without warning my phone rang. That was strange - I hadn't had any signal since I'd reached the town. I pulled it out of my pocket, and answered. "Hello?"

"Alex Keyes," the person on the other end said.

I recognised the voice immediately, despite the fact that it had gone through some sort of synthesiser first. It was the person who was mysteriously paying money from government funds into my account, for every criminal act I commited for them. "I can't do an assignment right now, pal," I said. "I'm stuck in a town full of zombies."

"Yeah, we guessed as much," the other person said. "Listen - we've got a team on its way. We're going to pull you out. You're too valuable to be shambling around a city, looking for brains. They'll be at your location in...two days."

"How are they getting here?"

"Jeeps. You'd best make sure you're outside the city by that time, because they'll turn around and head back if you don't turn up an hour after their arrival."

I looked over at the Wal Mart. "Look, there are survivors here," I said. "I can't just abandon them."

"You didn't hesitate to abandon that hostage you were meant to be bringing out."

"That's because she was dying. People seldom survive a gunshot to the head."

The person on the other end of the phone was silent for a while. "Alright," they said. "Bring 'em out with you, and they'll be taken somewhere safe. We've already got a bigger team coming in after the one being sent to rescue you."

"Thanks for that."

The line went dead. I turned to the rooftops, and headed towards the police station. I needed more guns.

Rick

Rick walked through the apartment building. He heard talking in one of the rooms and snuck up to it.

"Did you get rid of Lars and Rick?"Rick heard a gruff sound ask.

"Yes Mr. Williams... me and the squad took off when the zombie horde appeared, they couldn't have survived."A whiny voice answered. "I also have the virus you asked us to get."

"Good," The gruff voice said. "You've done well."

Rick heard three gunshots and what sounded like blood splattering all over the wall. Rick kicked open the apartment room and and looked around... the place was empty.... except for a body in the corner and his brains all over the wall.

"I knew you would survive Rick," He heard his David say behind him.

David put Rick in a chock hold and stuck his knee in Rick's back. Rick grabbed his shotgun and hit David with the butt of his gun, sending him spraling on the ground.

"Your boys dowstairs weren't expecting me to come, did they Davey?"Rick taunted. "Thanks for getting the virus for me, it will save ME alot of time." And Rick sent both shotgun blasts into David's head.

"My name is alyx. And thanks for the help."

She was approx. 24, had blue eyes, long brown hair.
She was shocked, but not afraid. And she got a H&K USP.

"Why didn't you killed him ?"
"I... I was afraid... I'm used to kill zombies now, but... this...thing...."
"Don't worry. I'm with you now. Let's head to that walmart."
"We can enter from the roof, follow me !"
"How do you know that ?"
"I worked there."

"Let's get to that roof ! We can jump on the walmart from there !"

So we entered the building.Everithing was silent.We were climbing the stairs, toward the roof,when suddenly,A door we just passed by broke.

"Zombies ! RUN ALYX RUN !"
Alyx ran to the roof's door while I was firing bullets at the horde of zombies.
"It's locked !"
"OPEN IT DAMNIT I WON'T STAND FOR LONG !"

She fired on the lock and opened the door.

"It's open ! Come !"
I ran for my life as zombies were very close.
"Shut the door !"
I looked over the edge of the roof.
The walmart roof was far, but the drop wasn't too high. Zombies broke the door.

"Jump !"
I took alyx' hand and jumped of the roof with her.
I landed on the roof, but alyx didn't made it. Hopefully I was holding her hand tight.
I helped her to get on the roof.

"Thanks a lot. Without you I'd surely be dead. Or zombie. By the way, You didn't told me your name."
"John, call me John."
"ok, "john" Follow me I know how to enter.

I followed her, we entered the walmart.

"The duo must be here."

They were fireing fireworks.

"Hey ! We are survivors ! I'm john, and this is..."
"Alyx."
"Well... I''m Nick and this is caitlen. Welcome to the party."

Caitlen Florance

Caitlen was bored. She and Alyx had been waiting in the storage room for over an hour. Nick and John said they would be looking for some weapons and would be back. But theye was taking tooooo long! Caitlen got up and put her ammo belt around her waist. She stuck both guns in her belt and and opened the storage room door. She peeked out and saw no zombies.

"Where are you going?" Alyx asked.

"Going shopping,"Cait replied. "Wanna come?"


ALyx nodded and they started exploring the mall. Now where was that store....? Cait wondered. After three minutes of looking Cait found it... Forever 21.... Cait laughed gleefully. She walked over to the doors... they were locked... Cait shrugged and bashed the windows and stepped inside.

"Shopping time...." Cait said.
