Don't know if i've raved about him on the forums ever, but its about damn time...

What sparked this is...well I guess I have to start from a bit back.

My brother is grounded for the summer for failing a class, that means no computer, no friends, no phone whatever. Him and I have never had a really good relationship because he is evil hearted, and I can't deal with that but, in an effect of not ruining our relationship any more, I don't tell on him for using the computers (See we keep the computers in an office that my dad locks if we're both in trouble, but since im not, its unlocked) so he comes in, talks to his boyfriends (yeah, I think he's gay) all day long treating them like less then shit, nothing a human deserves.(on the phone) and plays private servers on wow that has the levels basically handed to you, no assembly necessary.

He is a horrible listener because he knows it upsets people, he does things just to make peoples lives harder and he honestly laughs, smiles, and takes pleasure in it. My parents havn't a full understanding of what he does yet, but in time they'll know. Sometimes my mom will catch him doing it just to upset her, but I don't think she knows how serious it is. He comes into my room without knocking (after being repetitively asked to knock and wait for an answer) and he gets under my blankets, now he doesn't bath, so I ask him not to do that, sometimes he'll listen to that part sometimes he doesn't like today, and usually when he doesn't I make him make my bed...

Anyways, today he's crossed the line, I told him if he was going to get on a computer to not get on mine, because I knew he was going to click out of the stuff I left on from the previous night, like my anti-virus, Bitlord downloading my 16 hour long game. So you know I asked him not to, he did, and clicked out of shit, just as I knew. Fine, whatever, I'll just start bitlord back up and hope norton didn't delete any of my files that I needed, and thats what I did, but instead of just taking it, this time I password protected my computer, so he cannot use it unless I allow, owned. So he unplugs my sound system to the computer, and takes my sub-woofer and hides it in one of his hiding spots, takes my ATM card because he thinks I stole his $10, and is an overall jerk about it.

So what do I do? play it cool, act like I don't care that hes rifling through the stuff I worked hard to have, and just wait him out.

Any suggestions? think I should tell on him. I will never hit him, because I always feel bad about it afterwords, my mind just can't accept his a hell spawn and not a normal kid. and anything i've said in this message is not an exaggeration, it is a true account of the true events and actions of this kid. He will probably grow up to be a dictator or something of that sort... whatever, I don't care, when I move out, I won't care about the relationship anymore.

yes stop being such a pussy XD kick his ass or have someone do it for you. Or you could set up a cheap 10$ webcam in the office and record you asking him not to do things, and then him stealing stuff, and give it to parents.

Well I have a webcam but, its one of the only things I don't know how to set up.

I can take pictures with it, but can't figure out how to take video.

Well talking is obviously not working. A classic backhand to the fucking face is best for this situation, and after which you tell him everything that is wrong with him. Verbally tear him up. I'm seriously, do not stop until you can degrade him to the point where he even starts pitying himself.

Which is amazing I know, and when he's hit, there is no shock, he expects it, and retaliates, which of course I am not afraid of, it doesn't hurt, and neither do the things he says, its just annoying. But, if he's retaliating, its a little hard to talk to him, in which case I will usually just take it or punch him in the stomach, and no matter where I punch in the chestal area, he always seems to lose breath, so that stops him for awhile, then he gets back up and starts hitting again... his intelligence is as low as his maturity.

My advice is NOT pounding seven kindsa crap out of him - yes, it MIGHT work to put him in his place, but that will make you, Chace, in the wrong, thus he will probably get the parents on his side and you in the doghouse. Besides, the pleasure of beating someone senseless is kinda short-lived.

Telling on him may seem a little sissyish, but in some cases it's something that must be done. And working out how to set up that webcam would be a good idea - in fact, Equalizer has a program on his laptop for managing surveillance networks. BroadCam, I think it's called. Also video cameras are good. Just walk into the office when he's on the computer or phone when he's not meant to be, film it, show to parents, enjoy the effects.

My brother covers/ed alot for me during my 2 years of grounding, where I to used the computer when I wasn't alowed to, and went over to friends house... although I must say, I wasn't as much of a jackass about it as he is, and I was alot more intelligent, but I feel an obligation to cover for him now, I don't see any juristiction in having him cover for me, but not giving the same back to him... I know i've placed myself in a pecurious situation, and I think, when school starts back up, it'll work itself out.

I'll try and lend some more advice to those ears that are willing to partake in it.

Hitting him has to be your abosolute LAST resort. If you cant talk him out of it, verbally fight him. Never fight him with your fists or legs or other appendages. If that doesnt work, tell your parents, if he still keeps doing it, and ONLY if he does it after all that, beat sense into him. People who say violence is never the answer, are wrong, it can be the answer sometimes. You cant talk someone out of robbing a bank (usually) but you can beat them out of it, catch my drift?

Ok sorry for the DP but my cousins, who live with me most of the time. I live alone seperate from my girlfriend who visits sometimes and my cousins, their mother is in rehab for a crystal meth addiction and their father is in jail for raping their mother. So they live with me, my 3 dogs, my cat and my guinea pig. So, ones 8, anothers 5 and then theres the 3 year old. Well I keep all my knives in a safe, I have real knives not kitchen knives. I literally have like Kabar knives that i cook with because they are so sharp they just slide through easily. Anyways they are in a double safe, its the first one, then theres another door in the back of the first "room" if you will that leads to another one, the first one has my knives, the second my gun. Somehow, dont ask me how one opened the first one. He took one of my kabars and cut up my house and cut one of my dogs, before i ripped the knife out of his hand and i picked his up, walked to his room and literally threw him onto his bed, at the time i didnt care what happened to him, but he and his brothers share a room. I slammed the door shut and put a lock on it. Heres the damage: My couches had stuffing coming out of about 500 holes, each. I have a couch a love seat (2 seat couch) and a chair, 500 holes in each one. My carpet was gone. It was so cut up, its not even funny, im serious it had more cuts than a 20" LCD flatscreen has pixels. My 60" Flatscreen RCA TV had a cut down the middle of the screen, and my dog was close to death, he is a german shepherd, the kid had cut a quarter of his tail off, and cut his legs badly. The kid never would have gotten a knife if I had been there, but no i was at the freaking store! So I took my dog to the vet, the bill was 600 dollars for all the stitches and anastesia.

I luckily had an extended warranty on the TV so i got a new one for free. My carpets were discounted because i know someone whos pretty high up in carpetting. But my cabinet doors, were done. I had to get completely new cabinet doors. So now I have a brand new combination on my safe, plus now it has a lock on it, the key is somewhere only i know. and the kids were with someone else. This was a little while before i got back on the forums. But those kids, are with my Aunt's friend, and she is one of the meanest people on earth. Personally I would have sent them to military school but whatever. I was so freaking mad. I ended up suing the kids parents for all the damage, and got 5000 dollars from that. Plus they GAVE me 500 dollars because they were so sorry (after their mom got out of rehab) But my german shepherd, god i feel so bad for him. He has really nasty scars on his legs.. I hate those kids. I HATE THEM! Im not saying it cause im mad, im saying it because i mean it, i really really HATE THEM.

Yeah, im fine, my dogs fine, my house is still messed up, my carpets are just being replaced. My cabinet doors are all nice and upped. My house is overall fine except for those couches.
