Ok, I'm sick and tired of people complaining about moderation "abuse" and the problems with "power". With power comes corruption. Yeah, get out of my face. It's funny because those who complain about those who have power never have experienced it themselves. You don't know what it's like. You think this shit is easy? Oh it's not, believe me. Whether it be things like moderating on a forum or being a leader or person with power in real life. Both of which I've gone through or still going through, and some you haven't at all. Therefore, you have absolutely no room to talk or even hint that power corrupts. Become a leader. Take charge. Gain some real, tangible power. I've been a moderator in a couple of forums, and I helped run a server for 2 CSS clans, unfortunately my brother got hold of my pc while it was on the server, resulting in me being struck off on both counts. *edit*I mean both css servers, through Mani plugin abuse*/edit*

The members of this forum are pampered, we had such a large time of downtime that everyone here is used to doing what they want, when they want to. 10 members doing that isn't that bad, but now as we're going to start gaining new members in anticipation for BB:S, we have to start showing a good example to the new members as well as the old. 10 is fine, 20 is bad, and 40 is chaotic. I'm not going to let these forums cave in on themselves because of poor leadership on veteran members parts. It is our job to keep the forums alive, if that means we have to tighten up a little bit, then so be it.
no mod has abused their power in months, I have seen misuses with good intentions in mind, but no real abuse. -------------------- There are a few reasons I don't visit the forums as often as I used to, they are as follows: 1) I really don't have a lot of time. 2) My hardrive is failing 3) The forums honestly frustrate me to a point I cannot stand it, I've tried to help, I've tried to set people straight, but apparently, the health of these forums only matters to a few people. Thats just sad, most of us have grown along with these forums and along BB and frankly its disgusting to see the way you guys act sometimes... until you pull your acts together, don't expect to see me around much. WHERE IS MY DELETE POST FUNCTION!? |

That changed me. I'll follow you mods from now on... I'm sickened by the chaoticness caused by forum nooblets, and embarrassingly, us veteran members. So I apologize, for anything bad I've done to you all. Guess my experiences are affecting this too.... blah. It was just the wrong timing when chace shutted us up... so I felt kinda angry at him for ruining the fun. But seeing this, it was the right thing to do. Just, let us handle it when it comes to our threads... the ones we created. We're the creator, therefore we can make the decisions of our threads. I for one will make the right choices, by the way. Freedom of control over your own threads..  Guess it's enough of the jokes, in with the maturity issues. Lately, even mallic siezed to be mature at times, and he's a mod. But, I shouldn't bother him right now for he's going through a lot of things... edit: I don't want this to turn out like the 2moons forums, where even a foreign language thread was ruined. But, I don't think this'll be the forum for source. Good thing I made a bunker in my backyard. I don't think the forum is too chaotic. If anything, I think it is more enjoyable with randomness - most of the time, anyway.
