I'm pretty tired of college. I swear, it ruins lives, not makes them. I'm about this close (*holds index finger and thumb one milimeter from each other*) from dropping out and just joing the military. The professors have the the biggest egos and will grade you based on favorites. I'm failing my English class because she doesn't like me that much. She's a fucking pro-life, conservative Christian and puts that in he lessons. If you don't agree with her, you fail. It's total bullshit. I'm not much of a drinker and find people that drink their problems away are pussies, but I'm almost ready to drown in Goldschlager and Malibu.

Chris, you're finally back. Yeah, as for teachers who impose their beliefs, you should report them especially if the college you're going to is a public one. Hell, take it to court. I hate people like that. They all need to be lined up against a wall and get shot in the head. As for my personal rave... fucking new people coming on to the forums thinking they know what the fuck they're talking about when in all actuality they know absolutely nothing. Problem being that I need proof, and no one is going to back me up. I'm from the conservative South, everyone is going to back her up in the class. I'm a heathen afterall. She doesn't really preach, I can't explain it. She has noted that if you are Christian, you have the greatest morals compared to others. Fuckin' cunt. The entire time I was thinking about the Crusades and the 30 Years War. Morals my ass.

Thats why I SERIOUSLY hate organised religion - Christianity and the Bible are awsome - they rock so hard it hurts your spine, but the Roman Catholic church and the Protestant church suck big doggy balls - The Catholics keep the original Bible books in Hebrew locked in a high-tech vault in the Vatican, because if any of them saw the light of day, and a sensible person started to re-translate them, the whole Bible would come out completely different than it is now. That means lost followers/power/money for them. You think that women-hating and long-suffering monks who had no excitement all day and were disillusioned with the church in the triple-digit-years didn't know that if they changed a bit, no one would question them (who else could read+write?) and their mark would last the centuries? There are so many rules and provisos and ceremonies and crap in all churches - who said there can't be women priests? Not Jesus. Who said clergymen can't marry? Not God. And who the hell said you had to marry to get laid? Not goddamn Moses! /rave You can look at almost any religion today and through the centuries and see that it's just a means of controlling the people and keeping the top dogs in power through some sort of "god." *EDIT* about your teacher problem, you should confront her with work she's marked down and demand she goes through it with you, explaining where exactly you lost marks and how youy can avoid that in future. Then watch her clam up and spout religious crap about "heathens" and "non-believers." You can legally use a tape recording device or even a camera in the school, so long as you can't see children's faces on it, just record the teacher in every lesson. My favorite saying from one of my friends (don't take it as an attack or being close-minded):
"You know a Christian hasn't read the bible before. If they had, they wouldn't be a Christian anymore." Point being that the Bible is full of contradictions, hate (Old Testament anyway), and irrationality (giants and zombies, wtf?). Whatever, just my two cents About the teacher, I have. She dropped me two letter grades because, and I quote, "You paper is excellent, however there are too many commas." What? So you drop me two letter grades because of comma use? (I got a 'C-' she doesn't like using numbers). She does this shit to other people as well, but no one can really do anything. This is why college is complete bullshit. Do this in highschool, a principal could actually do something about it. Oh well, not much longer with her, I'll just settle for a C. -------------------- (1) I like to beat women. Er... no you won't. What you'll do is go to either a) the college authority  independant student organisationc) police and tell them your story. Gte her fired/sued/murdered if you haev to, but don't let her mess up your life, or she's won. I've never had a teacher like that before, but if I ever did, they would wish they never go into teaching by the time I'd exhausted her resources in legal fees. -------------------- |

Religion is so controversial, it's one of the few subjects where neither side can be won. I, my self am religeous, but I won't take it personally if someone doesn't like religeon nor believe in it. To be religious is a decision of your own, through your own perspective and experiences, it shouldn't be a forced upon like many beleive it should be.

im neutral in the religion part.
sure, i got a gold imbued bible but that doesnt make me christian ( sp ? ) i pretty much have a " live and let live " short of thing towards religion, hell towards most things really. but though,, gotta love that buddha..  -------------------- |

My left shoulder has, once again, dislocated. Today. I have a meeting with an orthapedic surgeon this month to ascertain whether or not they're going to operate on my shoulder, and if they decide to do it, what surgery they will do. My arm is, once again, in a sling. Not impressed.
