ok, it connects to the server and it freezes the load bar and i hear a bunch of shooting and see a blinking screen... i can exit the loader ... and when i hit esc... i can see everyone running around... and when i click resume game it freezes and it locks the models up... and blinks again... and i can hit esc and it looks fine.... but i cant get INTO the game.
my specs P4 1.4 ghz 512 ram GeforceFX 4000 gfx card with 128 mb 40 gig hard drive win xp |

I've had that in other mods, too. Restarting helped. If it does not for you try switching from your current renderer to the other (i.e. if you are using direct3d switch to opengl and vice versa). If that also doesn't help try shutting down all kind of fancy applications you are running and try again. Last but not least you could try updating/reinstalling your graphic card drivers.
