The Braindead Show!-mrchace, Inspired by Cait, and the doomed

I looked up into detective jennies face as she told me to tell her what exactly happend, beginning to end. we were sitting in a small room, with but one hanging lamp, we sat at a desk, with pictures of 5 people. 5 people i knew very well, 5 people i had grown to love...

My mouth opened as i spoke "it all began when..."

At the time, i was a tall man, as i remember it, 24 years of age. i had just thought up a bloody brilliant idea, i was going to start a realitly show, one to top Fear factor, and even survivor, the show was going to be based on a group of people thrown into an invironment where they were forced to rely on teamwork and their primal instincts. i had wanted to show the people, the common populace, what it ment to survive, not having the hardest thing in your life being to push the button on your dishwasher to have it load and wash your dishes....No...i wanted to show the people that there is much more to living than that. so the morning of the first day, i had set out down maple street, looking for someone gullible enough to fall into my trap...

I had seen a girl, her name had been cait, at the time, i had no idea who she was

The detective interupted "So you were just picking random people to come to your show?"

i replied "well yes, but its a little more complicated than that, let me continue my story and it will reveal my intentions"

the detective replied "continue"

So like i was saying, i had seen cait, and i casually walked up to her and began discussing the show with her, she had seem very interested, and i was quite excited and relieaved when she brought up her friends, saying that they to would be interested in such a thing, i had told her to come by jacks diner later that evening with her friends, and we would discuss our terms....

The detective again interupted "ok dont lose your train of thought, but i need to take a break to talk to my supiriors, i will be back in a couple of minutes, do you want some water or something?"

I replied "sure i could use some water, thanks"

Psh, your story didn't leave options too.

Other than that it was pretty good. Doesn't have the comical feel though, that's what made the other one so great, just because of how tacky it was. Just keep that in mind.

The room was a darkish grey, with a mirror. i stood up from my seat and walked to the mirror, i knew it was 1 sided, i knew they were discussing me on the other side, i could almost hear their muffled voices, or maybe it was just my mind playing tricks on me, i stood their, staring into my own bloodshot eyes, when the door suddenly opend, causeing me to jump 20 feet in the air. I whirled around to see who had entered the room....its was only officer jenny, the light shining in behind her had causing me to squint..

i noticed the water in her hand and went back to take my seat, she set it on the table, i snatched it up and let the sweet necter run down my parched throat

i looked at her as i set the cup on the table. i didnt sence a hint of fear in her, you would think sitting across the table from a so called mass murderer would kinda set you off your nurve? well not this girl, she was one tuff cookie.

i started my story again, without being told...
