Yeah, skip it and play RE4. I enjoyed RE4 a lot more anyways, because you can actually see what's ahead of you - and it's more action oriented which I prefer.

If you see a zombies corpse which is still there from your last encounter with it then it will evolve into a much harder zombie. you will have to burn the buggers bodys to stop them getting back up. Get a stragerdy guide to help.

just play re1 first, it explains the whole story of RE in it and how it began. pluz its much scarrier than any of the other resident evil games out there. waayy more scarrier than re4.
