Special ops was inspired from HL's grunts except they're not gonna cover mecklenburg's situation up.
And I also got it from Jimmy's specops grunts v2.
They're more noisy and slower and crappier than the real special ops.
Guess that phil and hector can come from umbrella or something... I dunno.
