Ok; ive been playing BB for a few weeks and love it but i am dissapointed that the only low latency servers are always full. Plus i always play on save xp games which are in USA.(BTW i live in England)
So how can i create a server that can save XP and have all the "works" that a popular server has? Plus how do u keep your servers running when you are offline This may consult to having to pay money but ill give it a shot TY Nzambi ---------- ONE SHOT, ONE KILL. Most common things the "Good" servers have are, good maps, and most things that can be edited are in the server.cfg. And to have it run when you are offline, you would need to either rent a game server, or a Dedicated shell. You can though, keep your computer/server on with your internet on to keep the server on when you are done. There are more details, but I'm just going over the basics, since you didn't give any specifics. I'll be more than glad to help more if you give me more specific details.

Actually servers run out of your house can be just as good. That is if your internet is just as good. (More than likley you are going to need more than Cable/DSL though) -------------------- |

Click on each picture to view bigger.
![]() First, find the motd.txt file in your sever directory. ![]() There you can edit what it displays! Just use normal text. ![]() Then go find server.cfg in your server directory ![]() Then scroll around in there, and find the two that are boxed, the red one indicates how long to save xp, and the blue one indicates max level. The green boxes I made so you can know which to edit. You leave the things behind the // alone. Just edit the numbers on the cvars. Hope this helped! -------------------- |
