Ok;where do you get it?
I loved the game since i downloaded it and iv always wanted to make a map so... ...how long does a map normally take to make? -------------------- ONE SHOT,

You'll need Hammer map editor, you can download it from steam.
You are warned, it's a fairly complicated process with a lot of tiny things that those who play the map will never give a second thought. Triggers, brushes, ghah. I'm no mapper, but there are a lot of them around here, and they could probably give you some tips to get you started. Also there are tutorials all over the net. Good luck  |

The hammer that comes with steam is for source mapping =/.
You have to download the other hammer manually. Download 3.4 HERE Then download 3.5 beta HERE If you just download the beta, you are missing half of the components for hammer. So download 3.4 first, then 3.5 beta to update it. -------------------- |

It isn't tht hard i mapped some az_ maps and fy_ maps for cs in my time dosnt take long the hardest thing for me was the lighting!
