lemme explain, i just spent 4 days on the phone with EA's tech support trying to get them to let me register my bf2 mods and then transfer them over to the account i play on and it took so long because the outsourced their tech support

I have complaints like these too... Sometimes they don't reply for a long long time and then you lose hope.
