the key (as in any type of fighting) is to control your breathing and not to get caught winded. This also is a useful skill to learn in my mid evil fighting as well.

we do shit like this for about 5 hours a day. If you cannot breath in your suit your done before you have even started.


on the other note, on saturdays at estrella war the house hold pulls a prank on new members and asshole party crashers. We put out advertisments that there is a topless barbecue but the joke is only guys can cook and only guys can be

It's hard to avoid several attacks every second while delivering fast punches and high / jumping kicks without getting winded I guess thats why you see Olympic Taekwondo finalists dripping with sweat after a couple of minutes.

Can't roll in TKD sparring

My ninjitsu instructor tried to teach me how to take hits to the body, that was a laugh. I decided since then it's better to try and avoid strikes, lol. Weedy people like me aren't built to absorb anything!
