alot of different zombie infection theories sugggest that the animals wont be affected , others suggest the opposite.
also blunt weapons are good for melee , but that only gets you that far , i mean if you are being sourrounded ( crap spell , idc ) with zombies theres other choices, 1. Go taliban. more later ! XD -------------------- |

Another reason why having a horse would not be a good idea: food. If you are scarce on food for yourself, why would you give it to a horse??!! Mountain bike is the best idea.

There are a couple of advantages with a horse that mallic has hit on, provided the horse isnt infected.
1. Horse (and dogs and other animals) act as early warning systems, they can smell the dead even before you can see them, especially at night. 2. A horse can eat GRASS. grass mother fuckers! Have you ever tried to eat grass its not very nice, but horses love it. 3. as mallic says, you can, if the worst comes to the worst, eat your horse. Plenty of meat on one of those mothers. 4. other than the grass they need no fuel. 5. i don't care how fast a Rage Zombie can run, a horse will outpace him! disadvantages 1. possible candidate for infection 2. You need to know how to ride one. 3. even if you can ride one, riding one near zombies is a fucking bad idea, you could get thrown. ps. iliketoblowzombies is more or less right, get your mates together. Travelling as a group presents a more appealing target for zombies (more flesh) but there are like a dozen upsides to the idea. 1. less lonely 2. talent pool. everyone is good at something, the more people you have the more things you can do as a group. 3. you can defend yourself against larger groups of zombies, or makes attacking smaller groups easier 4. you can as a group, carry more weapons, ammo and equipment. -------------------- ...and they will show you how, to make the future look a bit victorian aged and how to spread your geekness, proudly, not ashamed...
