plz even if you believe that it was radio interference... when so many radio signals collide your radio will start picking up several at a time and, whether your on cd player or not, will start to play them all at once... its very common especially with satellite radio... i get it all the time... as for volume getting louder thats simply part of the interference... the radio transmissions will collide resulting in a sort of "competion" in which the signals will seem to get louder and louder when instead you are getting them faster and faster... ive experienced this sort of thing all the time and its easily explainable... im srry people technology doesnt always work exactly how you want it to... get over it...

So i'm staying at a friends house over night, in their living room and they've got this wicked 2 foot thick inflatable double matress for me to sleep on. Wicked i think and go to bed. I'm just dozing and drifting off into sleep when...you know that feeling when you can tell someone is in the room when you can't see them, i got that feeling. I'm facing the door with my eyes closed and i think someone is in front of me, i don't bother to open my eyes as i think its one of my mates come down stairs to grab something (im sleeping in the middle of the matress).
Anyway this person stands on the edge of the matress, i can feel the matress compress under their weight, still i have my eyes closed as the matress takes up literally all the free floor space in their front room and i think they're just trying to get past. This figure walks around the edge of the bed, on the matress, all the down to my feet, around and then back up, i can feel them walk across it and the matress sink. This figure walks all the way around me and back up the toher side to stand by my head and just stands there. By now im thinking (half-asleep) wtf and roll over to find out what he/she is playing at, as i do the figure steps off the bed and i open my eyes to find nobody and nothing there. I sit up and there is nobody in the room, my bed is blocking the door and the kitchen light is off. Nobody at all. A little freaked out i go back to sleep. Now i'm kind of a spiritualist (this is an in joke with my friends which means i only drink vodka get it?) but i also have a great deal of respect for the unknown and figure whatever this was wasn't giving me shit, it just wanted to see what i was doing in the front room at like 1am. So a couple of days later im sleeping over again and just before i lay down to sleep i say something like "Thank you for letting me sleep here, i don't mean to invade your space or fuck up you chi. I hope you don't find me too much of a bother and i will try to be quiet and respect your space". I figured it was worth a shot for a peaceful night. So again just as im drifting off, i feel someone standing on the bed, i keep my eyes closed again (ghosts, if they exist, require respect, they are dead after all and you've heard people say respect the dead right) and think here we go again. This time however whatever it is, bends over and strokes my hair a couple of times and then steps back off the matress. In all the time i've slept over at my friends house i've never been bothered again. Moral of the story is respect the dead. Neiko, try talking to your ghost, be polite and respectful, it might work. Certainly can't hurt and you only feel a little bit stupid feeling like you're talking to yourself A few days later, i was relating my experiences to a friend of mine, she has a sister on a psychology course at university and it turns out that there is a scientific explanation for this sort of phenomenon. Hypnagogia is caused when you are either going to sleep or just waking up or dozing, the sub-concious mind overlaps with your concious mind and the brain gets confused about the signals its being sent. You feel awake even though you are technically asleep. The most common forms of this are things hearing noises, or seeing shapes or lights, less common are things like smells or physical sensations but they all stem from the same kinda thing. yay science conquers all! i win... though i must admit ive had one wierd experience in my life...
i was at my house asleep when suddenly i wake up... its still late at night so i cant see a thing which i find strange because there is a street light outside my window which i have always had as a sort of night light... well anyway its pitch black cant see a thing so i get up and feel the wall so i can follow it... as i feel the wall i realize... theres suppose to be a window here... but theres no window or anything and as my eyes adjust to the dark i can see im in a small hallway that i dont recognize at all... so i walk across to where my hockey trophys should be and find nothing... at this point im freaking out cause i figure either terrorists have kidnapped me or im still dreaming... so i finally i find a light switch and when i turn it on i swear i see the whole room morph back to the shape of my room... to this day i still cant figure this out and im almost convinced that we're all in the matrix and i was lucky enough to have seen the real world... if only for a second... -------------------- When He opened the fourth seal I heard the voice of the fourth living being say, "Come!" Aghh using science as your conclusion just because you are scared! My friends are like this, we was in a park once at night all debating ufos and aliens and then me and eoghan see a bright light in the sky that lasted about 2 seconds but shifted from the right to the left. Immediateley me and eoghan are like oh shit oh shit guys ive just seen a ufo! And then everyone replies with no it must have been a shooting star or a plane. My argument to that was shooting stars dont flash that bright they are hardly noticeable, and no planes fly over the town we was in. And this town is like the epicenter of the most ufo sitings in the county, coincidence? Why must it always be put down to science or a logical explanation with you people? -------------------- |
