since the halo 3 topic has become crowded with this i thought i might as well ask
so what is your favorite.... Multiplayer Singleplayer Story Scary Game RPG Overall (anything i missed?) and discuss but please no flaming remember this is all personal opinions... -------------------- When He opened the fourth seal I heard the voice of the fourth living being say, "Come!" Then I looked and saw an ash-colored horse. The name of its rider was Death, and Hades followed him closely. Authority was granted them over a quarter of the earth, to kill with the sword, with famine, with plaque, and by means of the wild beasts of the earth.

Any game that has to do with burning you and hanging your charred corpse on a wall for display is a perfect game in my book.

For the love of God people, go choke on Clefairy's penis (sorry, saw Pokemon at CiCi's pizza, and the biggest closetcase pokemon came on...so gay, thought that crap died out). Multiplayer: HALO wins if its a LAN party, sorry HL folks Singleplayer: Half-Life 2 Story: Half-Life Series Scary Game: None, games just don't scare me much RPG: Knights of the Old Republic or FABLE Overall: Mercenaries (don't know why, but calling in Carpet Bombing is just badass in my book) Yup. --------------------  (1) I like to beat women. (2) I like to beat babies (3) I like to beat women while beating babies (4). I like to watch women beat their babies...and then I beat the women. |

Multiplayer: Ultima Online / Freespace 2
Singleplayer: Freelancer, Max Payne. Homeworld Story: Deus Ex, System Shock 2, Homeworld!!!! Scary Game: I found heretic & hexen pretty scary when they came out : ( RPG: Again, ultima online. Simulators: Not really my thing. Driving: Loved Destruction Derby 2 when it came out, also, all of the TOCA series, that doesn´t only inlude toca race driver... Overall: As stated in previous post, you can´t really say X game is the best game ever, but if i had to choose the game that i´ve spent more time on and got to me more, would be, both homeworld 1 & 2 and Ultima Online. |

I really want to try Deus Ex now. It's rather old but the freedom it gives is quite appealing. And it's pretty damn cheap. If it's that good it'll sure to be added to my list. Anyway my six favorite games of all time (in no specific order) are: - Half Life series including mods and expansions - Driver series - Age of Empires/Mythology series including expansions - The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - Guild Wars series including expansions - Lego Island  |

I'll try and take a whack at this:
Multiplayer: Sven Coop! Great game! The maps are fun, and coop is just so much fun. Lovely game. Singleplayer: God of war 2!!! Story: Onimusha Series. It interested me into Japanese Mythology. Scary Game: Either Half Life 2's Ravenholm Part, or Resident Evil 4. Both creeped me out, but I'm going to have to go with Resident Evil 4, as a full pledged scary game I've played. RPG: Can't pick between Maplestory and 2moons  Overall: A game that I've enjoyed was Half Life 2... really.  -------------------- Current game(s): Uh uh not updatin' this no mo

I'll use zombie's layout, he seems to know what he's doing.
Anyway Multiplayer: Time splitters 2. (Frantic as hell, has bots and is mega fun with friends) Singleplayer: BioShock (At the moment, it changes regularly) Story: BioShock (The best so far, its very in depth and has some awesome twists) Scary Game: BioShock or Resi 4 (Both are on par but both for different reasons) RPG: Oblivion (Its the only one i ever got into) Overall: Time Splitters 2 and Zelda(Ocarina of Time). I had these game during a time i was poor as and new games were few and far between, TS2 was just so fun and had so much variety to it. Ocarina of Time was much the same as TS2 and im proud to say i have about 7 full plays through it under my belt. --------------------  "and from that day forth, anytime a bunch of animals are found together in one place it's called a ZOO!... hmmm... CR you got fable 2 then ? Multiplayer: co-op games like resistance fall of man. oooor warcraft 3 frozen throne ( YOU CANT BEAT THAT MARVELOUS RTS ! ) Singleplayer: yep gotta be the half-life series  Story: -||- same as above i gues ,, that or Dark Messiah. Scary Game: ratchet and clank ,,, ITS A WALKING TALKING FERRET ! RUN WE ARE NOT SAFE !!!!... that or alone in the dark ,,, its years since i played it , and when i did i nearly pissed my pants. RPG: Final Fantasy series. allthough kingdom hearts aint bad either... Overall: Half-life 2 ,, the mods that gets released gives quite good mix between it all -------------------- |
